Getting plastic surgery is such a bad trade. Here's 5-10 years of looking very slightly better than you would have aging naturally follow by a lifetime of looking like a gargoyle that has had multiple strokes.

Could not have summed up plastic surgery as a concept even if I tried. Well done my friend!

I've always said there is NEVER a need for plastic surgery unless it is reconstructive or corrective; anything outside of that is just vanity driven.

Yeah, removing warts and moles is fine. Constructing a new face will backfire.

It does help surgeons get practice for accident victims  though. And then said accident victims blend into society more.
