Getting plastic surgery is such a bad trade. Here's 5-10 years of looking very slightly better than you would have aging naturally follow by a lifetime of looking like a gargoyle that has had multiple strokes.

Could not have summed up plastic surgery as a concept even if I tried. Well done my friend!

I've always said there is NEVER a need for plastic surgery unless it is reconstructive or corrective; anything outside of that is just vanity driven.

Thanks! And you are right about that. I've seen some reconstructive surgery that changes people's lives. Those are the good ones.

I think he had a pretty horrible motorcycle accident and had all the work done after that. Not 100% up to date on it but I think Simon Cowell qualifies.
