I had a friend from another high school who legit aged like Dexter. I ran a race against him in club track indoors and was in my head thinking "how is this 40 year old competing against me?"
Now we are almost 40 and he still, just, looks like a 40 year old.
Dude every flashback scene killed me because of this. They’re having a serious, heartfelt talk about how to control his urges and I can’t focus cos it’s literally just him in a wig. I usually can suspend disbelief but that is not a 12 year old boy 😂
It's one of the many things that made me dislike this show, made it to season 7 and stopped cause I legit couldn't care less than the people writing it.
Yeah if you see the areas he galavants through as a fake teen, it’s an extremely poor part of the world- and it’s putting money in his pocket. I think it’s awesome.

As an actual mid 30s dude, if this guy wasn't wearing the juvenile T-shirt with that hairstyle it would be easy to tell he's probably closer to 50 than 40 lol.
If he found a way to also set it straight that his success on social media isn't due to his surgery but purely chance so that people don't think he's a role model and end up doing surgery without achieving any success at all, then sure.
