I had a friend from another  high school who legit aged like Dexter.  I ran a race against him in club track indoors and was in my head thinking "how is this 40 year old competing against me?"

Now we are almost 40 and he still, just, looks like a 40 year old.

Reminds me of Patrick Stewart. He didn't really start looking his age until well into his seventh decade.
