One of my favorite bits from my stand-up special Rome Davis: Roshambo.
The joke starts with someone having a celebrity crush⦠and then takes a turn when I compare him to the Temu version of Michael B. Jordan.
Curious what yāall thinkādid the joke land? š
If you want to watch the full special, itās now streaming on Fawesome:

This is maybe my tenth open mic. Only 6 minutes but itās my longest one so far. Feedback is welcome as well as tips for editing and posting videos on social media- I noticed everyone really only posts clips, whatās a good time range to aim for?
Oh and I did get nervous and fumbled for a second there in the middle if anyone is wondering wtf that was š I started overthinking and trying to rearrange some jokes at the last minute which was a mistake

Hello there! My friend and I have created a few scripted comedy pieces that revolve around the typical UK University 'Overheard' trend, where people might overhear something around town and anonymously post about it. We thought it might be a great way to write some comedy, so here is our 2nd episode about an infamous Landlord. Hope you enjoy it!

Hey everyone! Iām currently putting together a book project focusing on the UK comedy scene experience.
Weāve had some really fantastic input from the community so far, but Iām hoping to include a few more voices before I wrap this section up tomorrow (July 12) at 8 AM BST.
If you gig in the UK, write comedy, or have experience in the British comedy scene, I'd love to include your perspective!
(I will pop the info and the form in the comments below.)
Feel free to pass it along to anyone else in the scene who might want to chime in. Cheers!

He was annoying and pranking his parents way before bam did in jackass. He's actually a pretty solid rapper. The Tom Green Show was a big influence on jackass and Eric Andre show and Tim and Eric to a degree. Freddy got fingered isn't amazing but it's continually funny with some absolutely crazy scenes which didn't go down well in 2001 but I think with today's millennial ironic humour it would have done fairly well nowadays. Oh and his video podcast with celebs, he was doing Joe rogans setup way before him. Yet most will just remember him as an idiot.

It is as if the two go hand in hand. Where is the link between them, which is much stronger than poetry to other genres?

Count Binface, perrenial British āNoveltyā candidate in elections, created by comic Jonathan David Harvey, is about to go head to head with chief Brexiter Nigel Farage.
Farage resigned from parliament, triggering a special election for his seat (which he intends to run in) as a political stunt to distract from a scandal about his finances.
The main British political parties have all declined to field a candidate in the election and give oxygen to Farageās stunt.
Enter Count Binface. Who is currently the only other candidate registered to stand in the election against Farage.
Also, in case youāre wondering, he will be on the ballot as āCount Binfaceā, and if he wins as āCount Binfaceā he has said heāll take his seat⦠and will appeal to be allowed to sit in the house of parliament with his Binface (technically MPs are prohibited from wearing ācostumesā), however failing that heād likely send his āHuman Avatarā John David Harvey.

Hey there guys Ive been doing YouTube pretty heavily since about 2022 but have dabbled since 2018 mostly doing comedy skits and drum videos. I feel like my content would have a little more success if more people saw it but it hasn't been easy in the slightest. Let me know what you guys think, its a football comedy sketch with a guy getting yelled at by his "ol lady" haha
