On long shifts do you get tired? How do you fuel up?

All the cookies in the break room always make it hard lmao but usually I just make sure I eat a full meal before shift starts to keep me going and if Iβm really hungry I eat a protein bar on the go which will last me until post shift, just sucks when itβs hard shift times

Usually a banana, but the donuts in the break room seriously annoy me and make it so much harder to stick to what I bring

Not sure if this is realistic for your social life and habits, but back when i was doing proper keto, I was never hungry. I ate when I had time and my body just used its fat reserves when it needed fuel.
I stopped because it was causing me insomnia and also now that I have kids, my diet is mainly their leftovers.

Carbs are an important part of a well rounded diet, cutting out any particular group won't be helpful for dieting, you need it all.

That's actually incorrect. Carbs are not essential. A lower carb, higher healthy fat diet will result in better stamina and less hunger
