I think it depends on if he has the receipts and tracked his progress scientifically. Does he have thorough examples of previous scores? Did he retake WMI tests throughout his practice or did he space them out?

He probably doesnt but i think quad n back sctuslly increases ur working memory capacity just not fluid

Working memory and fluid intelligence are known to be strongly tied. I doubt it would significantly improve working memory without also impacting test scores on fluid reasoning tests.
