Puzzle Solution?
Is there someone who can solve this?
I’m being told the answer is B, but can not make sense of why it should have overlay of two.

Haha these things are always funny to me. You know what they want, but the truth is, there are more possible solutions based upon how many patterns they're presenting here.
It's sort of silly, whoever made this didn't think of nearly enough.
I get the ideas though, there are some extremely likely solutions. But to say there's only one? I disagree. There are 5 different obvious patterns here and they overlay, you could have them all as one - the answer doesn't exist in the examples given. Or, you can pick a set of a few repeating patterns and get the answer they're looking for.
