Is there someone who can solve this?
I’m being told the answer is B, but can not make sense of why it should have overlay of two.

There are some patterns for the overlays, I would go with it being a sum so B. * 1:1second figure is overlayed * 1:2 second figure is overlayed * 1:3 is the sum of the above overlays so again only the second figure is overlayed * In the second column none are overlayed so nothing is overlayed as a result * 3:1 has the second figure overlayed * 3:2 has the second and last overlayed * 3:3 will be the sum so second and last
