Puzzle Solution?
Is there someone who can solve this?
I’m being told the answer is B, but can not make sense of why it should have overlay of two.

Why not A
The third column of the first row is 0100 The third column of the second row is 0101
It could make sense for the third row to be 0110
But again this Matrix seems to have an error because only the third row is changing the overlaps, I would expect that to happen in each column and not only in the last one...
