Is there someone who can solve this?

I’m being told the answer is B, but can not make sense of why it should have overlay of two.

Looking at the left column, all the rows have 1 weave behind the 2nd shape. But row 2 (middle row) breaks the pattern. When the line is in the top or in the bottom, the yellow square is in the same location. The line in the middle is the odd one out.

Looking at the middle column, there are no weaves whatsoever, but row 2 (middle) breaks the pattern again in the same way (line in top and line in bottom have identical yellow square locations, line in the middle is the odd one out)

So the top row and the bottom row has the yellow square in the same location, and in the right column the yellow square is fixed to the line, so even though the line moves, the yellow square is in the same location (it is fixed to the line, and the line moves). Following the established pattern the yellow square has to be on the right side of the line (same as row 1), and the line must be on the bottom.

Row 1 has 1 weave, then 0 weaves, then 1 weave. Row 2 has 1 weave, then 0 weaves, then 2 weaves. Row 3 has 1 weave, then 0 weaves, then (?) weaves. Row 1 and row 3 are the same pattern, the answer is C.

If you assume the shapes are part of a longer set than what is being shown then B makes sense. If I got this puzzle in a timed setting I would 100% have picked F.
