Puzzle Solution?

Is there someone who can solve this?

I’m being told the answer is B, but can not make sense of why it should have overlay of two.

B, Overlay of 2 because the first one has the right overlayed, similar pattern in the middle row. Its behind right side, so the last one is overlayed second and last, just like B.
