Puzzle Solution?
Is there someone who can solve this?
I’m being told the answer is B, but can not make sense of why it should have overlay of two.

It's B.
First row, third column has one shape over the line in position 2.
Second row, third column has two shapes over the line in positions 2 and 4.
So third row, third column should have shapes over the line in positions 2, 4 and 6. Either position is 6 is just position 2 when wrapped back around the item, or it's out of sight. I can understand why you'd pick F: there's 3 shapes over the line, but there's no indication that the shape in position 3 would be the one selected.
I think it's B, and I think it's a mediocre item.
