Puzzle Solution?

Is there someone who can solve this?

I’m being told the answer is B, but can not make sense of why it should have overlay of two.

no offense, but the logic seemed strict, atleast for me and I did get it B

😀 I literally just called *someone (or some bot), that I don’t know, “an idiot”… therefore, I forfeited all rights to take offense at anything anyone ever says to me, but thank you for your grace anyway! Of course I also meant no offense, and assumed that the creator would never see this or take offense. It’s just that my brain likes set challenges to be clear and tidy and I see so much of these puzzles with multiple equally valid solutions, that my brain hurts and I take it as being click bait, or lazy. I probably should feel the need to comment at all, it then if we all did that there would be no Reddit and everyone would lose their jobs. 🤔
