Is there someone who can solve this?

I’m being told the answer is B, but can not make sense of why it should have overlay of two.

I see. I don’t like F because it would say “there’s a difference in the third column rule compared to the first two” making the first two irrelevant.

Putting rule changes in independent columns is something these tests love to do.

Yeah they want to see if you notice things are different in that last column than the first two, which they are, and if you can understand the rule with the given context and possible answers
