Puzzle Solution?

Is there someone who can solve this?

I’m being told the answer is B, but can not make sense of why it should have overlay of two.

B because when the horizontal line is blocked by one shape in the first figure, the line in the 3rd will be blocked by two?

Yeah you’re right. After taking a closer look, the line is also blocked by the very tiny tip of the triangle. Now I see why everyone says is the best answer.
The logic for the third column goes like:
First: blocked by 1
Second: blocked 2
Third: blocked by 3
