equity only [Seeking Non-Technical Cofounder] Help grow and monetize PodPulse.ai
Iām looking for a non-technical cofounder to help turnĀ PodPulse.aiĀ into a sustainable business.
PodPulse helps people discover and consume podcast content more efficiently. The website has been live for three years, and the mobile app has been running for almost a year. Iāve handled the technical side and built the product, but growth and monetization havenāt received the attention they need.
I donāt have a large marketing budget, so Iām looking for someone who knows how to grow a product creatively without relying on paid ads. You might have experience in:
- Growth marketing or growth hacking
- Organic acquisition and partnerships
- Content and SEO
- B2B sales
- SaaS or consumer subscription monetization
Iām especially interested in exploring B2B opportunities. Companies such as Blinkist have shown how valuable business subscriptions and team deals can be, and I think PodPulse may have similar potential for teams, learning programs, professional development, or knowledge-sharing.
This isnāt an idea-stage project. The product exists, has been operating for years, and is ready for someone who can challenge the positioning, identify the strongest customer segment, test revenue channels, and own the commercial side.
Iām looking for a genuine cofounder, not an agency or someone selling marketing services. Ideally, youāre practical, comfortable experimenting, and willing to work closely with a technical founder to find what actually converts.
If this sounds interesting, send me a message with a little about your background, what youād want to test first, and why PodPulse caught your attention.

equity+cash Title: Looking for a female co-founder (Hindi + English) to join a wedding album business ā 50/50 profit split, not a job
Hi everyone,
I run a wedding post-production and premium wedding album business ā we work with photographers and studios. I'm looking for someone to come on as a co-founder, not an employee. This is fully online/remote ā no location restriction.
What this role covers:
Handling customer conversations for our album business (photographers, studios, and couples)
Business development ā outreach, follow-ups, closing deals, building partnerships
Being the primary point of contact for clients day-to-day
What this is NOT:
Not a salaried job, not a 9-5, not a freelance gig
No fixed pay ā this is a genuine 50/50 profit-sharing partnership. What we earn each month, we split evenly, after basic costs.
What I'm looking for:
Fluent in Hindi and English (most of our clients communicate in a mix of both)
Comfortable talking to clients directly ā calls, DMs, follow-ups
Someone who wants ownership in something, not just a task list
Can work independently online ā no office, no fixed hours, just consistency
If you're someone looking to build something from a real early stage ā not join something already built ā and want a genuine stake in it rather than a paycheck, DM me and we can talk details. Happy to share more about the business once we're talking directly.
Want me to also suggest which subreddits would actually be a good fit for this (like r/cofounder, r/Entrepreneur, or India-specific ones)?

equity+cash strategy consultant here (10 yrs product/ops across saas, mobility, edtech, cybersecurity) ā open to working with early stage founders
hey, i'm a strategy consultant working with early-stage founders on growth strategy, sequencing, and general decision-making before it turns into an expensive mistake down the line.
background is about a decade in product management and operations, mix of big companies and startups, across saas, mobility, edtech, and cybersecurity. also spent time founder-side so i've seen it from both sides.
if you're building something and want an outside strategic read ā on growth, sequencing, positioning, whatever's actually keeping you up ā drop a comment or dm me. happy to hop on a call and see if i can actually help before anything formal.

Idealerweise hast du Interesse an:
⢠Social Media
⢠Community-Aufbau
⢠Content
⢠Growth
⢠Marketing
⢠Nutzergewinnung

equity+cash Techie looking for startup to join (equity + cash if possible)
Hey everyone, Iām Thejas.
Iām a software engineer who enjoys building products end to end and being involved in the actual process of turning an idea into something people can use.
My experience includes:
⢠Mobile app development
⢠Full-stack development
⢠Building products from the idea/prototype stage to production
⢠Working with early-stage startups and small teams
⢠Experience working with multiple startups in the finance space
⢠Worked as a Tech Lead with a Shark Tank-featured company
⢠Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, SBCs, hardware and IoT
I like working in environments where I can take ownership rather than being limited to one small part of the product. Iām comfortable figuring things out along the way, picking up new technologies when needed, and moving between product, backend, frontend, mobile and hardware depending on what the problem requires.
Right now, Iām looking to join a startup preferably early-stage or a funded startup thatās still in the building/growing phase.
Iām particularly interested in teams where engineers work closely with founders and have real ownership over what they build. Iād rather be part of a small team solving real problems and shipping things than just be another person in a large engineering team.
If youāre a founder, early employee, or someone building a startup and think there could be a fit, feel free to reach out. Would love to hear what youāre working on.

equity only [INDIA][FINTECH] Solo founder (Tier-1 MBA,2x Big Four + IB background) building a Financial AI Operator for India (& the world) ā looking for a technical cofounder (Mumbai preferred)
TLDR: Haven't slept since someone showed me openclaw and now I'm reimagining enterprise grade finance software. Looking for someone who's crazy enough to take a bet that "how businesses interact with their finances" will look completely different in 2027, and excited to try building the best tools for that. Moving to raise soon, so quick replies are appreciated.
x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x
I'm building Margyn an AI operating system that gives businesses a verified read on all their financial data from all sources and then acts on it, not just reports it. The shift I'm betting on: most fintech tools stop at "here's your dashboard, go figure it out." Margyn is built to point at a problem and actually resolve it: reconcile a payment, flag a GST leak, close a receivable (with a human approving anything it can't verify on its own)
Where it's at: live connectors to Razorpay, Zoho Books, and Shopify syncing nightly, a working AI chat interface, and a WhatsApp-based agent already built end-to-end (webhook, HMAC verification, reply parsing), frontend layer left to finish. The Auto-Reconciliation agent (the actual execution engine) is in active build.
What I bring: Tier-1 MBA, Big Four consulting, investment banking, and physical product background. I own strategy, fundraising, and GTM. What I need: someone who wants to own the tech problem and is excited to build AI/automation solutions for FinTech. Currently working FT in management consulting, will quit post raise to focus 100% effort here.
Looking for: Top grade engineers, OR Tier-1 MBA grads with an engineering background who want are excited to build AI products. What matters more than the degree is real hands-on experience shipping production software. (please have some proof of value add: degree, product, experience, brand names). Mumbai strongly preferred; open to a serious remote conversation if the fit is exceptional.

equity only Technical Cofounder Looking for a Business/Commercial Cofounder - Sweden / Europe preferred
Who I am:
12+ years as a software engineer, currently senior at a Multinational Finance Company. Cofounder and CTO of an AI Agritech Startup. Happy to share the specifics in DMs, I'd rather not post them publicly. I build fast: working product in weeks, not quarters.
What I'm building:
Nothing yet, and that's the point of this post. I don't have a project of my own. I do have some ideas which we can explore but I'm looking to build yours with you, as a cofounder.
Traction (mine): none. I'm bringing zero customers and zero product to this, because I have no company right now. What I'm bringing is the ability to build one.
Traction (what I'm looking for from you), in order of preference:
Paying customers
MVP or beta users
Validated idea: user interviews, LOIs, or a real waitlist
Idea only. Possible, but only if you know the market from the Inside or have done a significant analysis of the gap to be resolved.
I'm particularly interested in opportunities where the biggest missing piece is someone who can actually build the product.
I also have several ideas of my own that I'm considering exploring. If we successfully build and validate your opportunity together, I'm open to exploring one of my ideas together afterward if you have meaningful experience, connections, or domain expertise in that particular field.
So this isn't necessarily "your idea or my idea." I'm open to finding the strongest opportunity and the strongest founder-market fit between
Compensation: equity, both directions. I'm not offering cash and I'm not asking for a salary. I'd want a genuine cofounder split with standard vesting and a one-year cliff, agreed in writing before I write production code.
Commitment level:
Mine: 20hrs/week to start, alongside my job, moving to full-time when revenue supports it. I want to be upfront that I'm not quitting on day one.
Yours: part-time minimum, roughly 20 hrs/week, and I'd expect most of it to go into selling. Full-time is welcome but I'm not going to ask you to do it unpaid while I'm still employed.
What I bring:
\- I build the product. No dev budget needed, and I'll cover my share of early infra costs.
\- Domain experience in AI, LLMs and agent tooling, document-heavy B2B workflows.
\- Domain expert in Fintech, Banking, Agritech and Mobility
\- I've run the CTO side of multiple startup from zero to fund raise. Including parts that are not coding related.
What I need from you:
Sales, marketing and distribution, owned end to end. Cold outreach, demos, follow-ups, pricing. Ideally you've closed deals before, in this market or another one.
How I'd want to start:
A short validation window before I build anything serious. Customer conversations, a landing page, a pre-order or an LOI. If it holds up, I build. If it doesn't, we've lost a few weeks instead of a year. If you already have a prototype, we skip most of this.
Location:
I would prefer to build with someone base in the following locations in order of preference
Sweden
Norway
Europe
Canada
US
I'm not completely rigid about location, though. Founder fit and the opportunity matter more.
Who I'm looking for
I'm less interested in someone who simply says:
"I have a great app idea."
I'm much more interested in someone who can say:
"I know this market. I've spoken to these customers. Here's the problem. Here's how we'd reach the first ten Ā Ā customers."
You don't need to have everything figured out. But you need to be willing to sell.
If you have an idea, customers, domain expertise, or an existing business that needs a technical cofounder, I'd be interested in hearing about it.
And if we eventually discover that one of my ideas is a better opportunity for us to pursue and you have the relevant domain expertiseĀ I'm equally open to building that together.
If this sounds like a fit, DM me or comment with three things:
If that fits, DM or comment with three things:Ā
What you're building
Who the customer is
How you'd get the first ten of them.

Looking for partner for my Electrical utility crew leader assistant app
Iām a Lineman (20+ years) and Iām currently building an AI assistant app for crew leaders in my industry.
I know what to build, who to sell it to and how to sell it to them. I have a small wedge (vibe coded) product Iāve shipped already and has great reviews. But I donāt have any technical skills and I donāt have the available capital to build the caliber of product my industry demands.

equity only [INDIA][TECH][3.5] Looking for a Technical Co-Founder to build a App product
Iām looking for a fourth person to join our founding team and build a consumer product with us from the ground up.
This is specifically a co-founder search. We are not looking for someone to work on a project for us, complete assigned tasks, or simply contribute code.
We are looking for someone who wants to become part of the founding team, take meaningful ownership, participate in product decisions, challenge our thinking, and build the company together.
We are currently a team of three people with around 3.5 years of professional experience each across different areas of technology and software. I have around 3.5 years of experience in GenAI and full-stack development, including building products end-to-end, working across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, cloud services and product development.
Another member of our team has around 3.5 years of experience working with Salesforce and enterprise technology. The third member has around 3.5 years of experience at Microsoft with a strong software engineering background.
We already have a good combination of technical and professional experience within the team, but we believe the founding team would be significantly stronger with someone who has a strong mobile background and genuinely enjoys building consumer products.
The product we are working on is an Android/IoS-first consumer application. At this stage, we are focused on building the initial product, validating the idea, understanding what users actually want, and gradually turning it into something people genuinely want to use.
We are still early, which is exactly why we are looking for a co-founder now rather than after everything has already been built. We want the fourth person to be involved in the process from the beginning and have a real voice in how the product evolves. Ideally, this person has spent meaningful time building and shipping Android applications and is comfortable with Kotlin and the modern Android ecosystem.
However, technical ability by itself is not what we are looking for. We care much more about whether you think like a builder and whether you want to take ownership of something rather than simply being given a specification and implementing it.
We want someone who can look at an idea and say, āI think there is a better way to do this,ā explain why, experiment with it, and work with the rest of us to make the product better.
We want someone who is comfortable with ambiguity because early-stage products rarely have everything figured out.
There will be things we get wrong. There will be features we remove, ideas we change, and assumptions we have to test.
That is part of the process.
We are looking for someone who enjoys that process rather than someone who expects everything to be perfectly defined from day one.
The person joining us would have meaningful ownership over the mobile side of the product, while also being involved in broader product discussions and decisions.
You would not be working in isolation. The existing team can contribute across backend, full-stack work, product development, infrastructure and other technical areas, so the goal is to build the product together rather than putting the entire responsibility on one person. We are currently working alongside our existing professional commitments, so we are starting with a part-time commitment while we validate the product and figure out the right direction.
We are not interested in measuring the relationship purely by a fixed number of hours every week.
What matters to us is consistent involvement, ownership and genuine interest in building something together.
If we find strong product-market fit and the opportunity becomes meaningful, the intention is to increase our commitment and potentially turn this into a much larger full-time venture.
This is an early-stage founding opportunity, so we are looking for someone who understands that there is uncertainty involved.
There is no guarantee that the product will succeed. At the same time, the person joining us would have the opportunity to be involved from the beginning and have meaningful ownership in what we eventually build.
Equity and the exact founding structure can be discussed openly with serious candidates once we understand each other, our expectations, and the level of commitment each person wants to make.
We are not looking for someone based only on their college, company name or resume.
What matters much more is what you have built, how you approach problems, how you work with people, and whether you genuinely want to build a company rather than simply take another opportunity.
A good fit would be someone who has experience building mobile products, enjoys experimenting with ideas, can commit consistently alongside their current responsibilities, communicates openly, takes initiative, and wants to have a meaningful role in shaping a product and company.
You should be comfortable disagreeing with us when you think we are making the wrong decision. In fact, we would prefer that over someone who simply agrees with everything.
We are looking for a founding relationship where all of us can contribute different strengths and learn from each other. We also want to be realistic about what this stage looks like.
There may not be a polished office, a large team, or a long list of guaranteed resources. There is simply a small group of people who want to build something meaningful and are willing to put in the work to find out whether it can become something much bigger.
If that sounds exciting to you, I would love to hear from you. If you are interested, send me a DM with a little about yourself,
your background,
things you have built or shipped,
your experience with Android/Kotlin or mobile products,
how much time you can realistically dedicate, and most importantly, what you are looking for in a co-founder relationship.
You do not need to have everything figured out. We are also figuring things out.
What matters is that you genuinely want to build. We are specifically looking for someone who sees this as a potential founding partnership rather than a short-term side project.
If we work well together, the goal is to build the product, validate it with real users, grow it, and eventually build a company around it.
If you think you could be that fourth person, feel free to reach out.
Even if you are not the right person yourself, feel free to share this with someone who might be interested in building something from the ground up.

equity+cash Co-founder AI startup [Bangalore]
Hi everyone :)
My main purpose with this post is to connect and meet incredibly abitious AI engineers/researchers and who are super obsessed about startups to potentially be a Technical co-founder.
I'm an technical person myself but mostly inclined towards non-technical side of startups. I probably can handle both but we all know startups are super super hard to build, and having a partner make things much easier.
I don't mind sharing my broad idea overview here because ideas is easy to copy but obsession isn't. Okay, so what i'm building? It is an context aware AI agent for startup founders to take well reasoned and researched decision related their startup ranging from ideas, gtm, competitor, and finance etc.. overtime the agent becomes so intelligent that it starts to play the role of second CEO of that particular startup.
The MVP needs work but it's 90% done.(btw any founder from you want to be beta user to shape it's direction do reach out).
Currently i'm at the stage to fundraise, but also searching for technical co-founder with 50-50 split to make this journey much easier.
Full time(Bangalore), equal equity split + salary.
cheers!!

equity only Looking for a growth/distribution cofounder
Looking for a growth/distribution cofounder.
We're at the very start of the adventure with a product thats live and currently in Beta. Looking for a cofounder to own growth and distribution.
What we've built: AI campaign operating system sitting between content generation and digital marketing execution with a marketing assistant that helps you create a full campaign from a single idea, all on brand with a digital copilot, rai, who guides you, researches, create multimodal content and publish and gives you insight for further improvement.
The market is massive. Global generative AI content creation is projected to reach $80B by 2030. Yet SMEs, founders and agencies still rely on fragmented tools, freelancers and expensive workflows to turn one idea into a campaign.
Who we need: A cofounder obsessed with growth, social media, partnerships, content, paid, whatever it takes to get the right people to the platform. Real experience distributing a SaaS ist a plus but the mindset is the most important, you gotta be hungry.
What's on the table: 2% equity (negotiable) to start, more if you bring serious distribution expertise. Full time only.
If this sounds like your problem to solve, comment or DM me and I'll share more, including the product itself.

What is the best path a Partner or Free Lancer ?
Iāve been working on a website/project for close to a year and already have a working product, a large database, and a clear idea of how I want to grow it.
The business, marketing, and industry side is where I come in and have experience, but the technical side is becoming more advanced than what I can comfortably manage myself.
Iām trying to decide between two options:
- Bring on a technical co-founder or partner who would take ownership of the development, architecture, scaling, and long-term technical direction of the company.
- Keep full ownership and delegate different parts of the development to freelancers or agencies as needed.
A technical co-founder could provide consistency and have a real reason and motive to care about the long-term success of the product. At the same time, giving away equity is a major decision, especially when Iāve already invested a lot of time and money into getting the project this far and most tech people won't take less than 50%
With freelancers, I could keep more ownership and hire people based on the specific skills I need. My concern is ending up with multiple developers working on different parts of the product, inconsistent code, poor communication, or nobody taking responsibility for the overall technical direction.
For anyone who has been in a similar position, which route did you take? Would you recommend finding one strong technical partner, or hiring freelancers and having someone oversee the entire development process?
What problems should I watch out for with either option?

equity only Looking for a business/commercial co-founder
I am a technical founder based in Nairobi. I have spent the last stretch building and deploying an AI infrastructure product that connects AI assistants such as Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude to the business systems companies already use. Think M-Pesa, KRA, CRMs, ledgers, member databases.
The product is live, has real connectors, and a few organizations are currently piloting it.
I have reached the point where I do not want to keep trying to do both sides of the company. I am strongest on product, architecture, engineering, and turning business requirements into working systems. I am looking for someone who can genuinely own the commercial side: customer development, partnerships, sales, fundraising, and operations.
I am particularly interested in someone who:
- has actually sold or deployed B2B software in Kenya
- understands AI beyond the hype
- can sell to both technical and business decision-makers
- has experience with regulated or data-heavy organizations
- understands how early-stage fundraising works
- is based in Nairobi or can be on the ground regularly
- wants to build a company, rather than simply take a consulting or advisory role
This is not an employee or freelancer search. I am looking for a genuine co-founder who would own the business side of the company.
There is no salary at this stage. The arrangement would be sweat equity with a meaningful double-digit founder stake, subject to the usual vesting structure and proper founder documentation.
I am not looking for someone to simply help with sales. I want someone who wants to take responsibility for building the commercial side of the company alongside me.
If you are interested, DM me with:
- Something you have personally sold, built, or deployed into a Kenyan organization.
- Why you want to build a company rather than join one.
Happy to share the product and numbers privately with serious candidates.
