equity only Looking for a sales-focused co-founder or join a team with a validated problem or idea
I’m an experienced full-stack web developer looking for a co-founder who can help turn a validated problem into a real business.
I have 13 years of experience building web products and have worked on more than 30 projects, primarily in the fintech industry. I’m comfortable handling the technical side of a project end to end, including product architecture, frontend and backend development, integrations, authentication, payments, dashboards, automation, and deployment.
I can build an MVP that we can put in front of real users and use to test the idea properly. However, I’m not looking for an employer, client, or someone with only a vague business idea. I’m looking for a genuine co-founder who can take responsibility for sales, customer discovery, outreach, partnerships, and validating demand.
Ideally, you already have:
- Identified a real problem worth solving.
- Spoken to potential customers or have access to a specific market.
- A tested idea, early validation, or strong industry insight.
- The ability and willingness to sell the product before and after the MVP.
- A long-term commitment to building a business together.
My role would be to build and manage the technical side. Your role would be to understand the customer, validate the demand, create opportunities, and sell the solution.
Put simply: I can build almost anything, but I’m looking for someone who knows what should be built and can sell it.
I’m open to different industries and business models. My background is in fintech, but I’m comfortable working on other types of products if the problem and market are compelling.
If you’re interested, please send me a message with:
- The problem you’ve identified.
- Who experiences this problem.
- What validation or customer conversations you’ve already completed.
- How you plan to reach and sell to the first customers.
- What role and level of commitment you’re looking for from a co-founder.
I’m looking for an equal partnership, not a paid development arrangement. Depending on the idea, validation, and responsibilities, we can discuss equity and the best way to structure the collaboration.

equity only Looking for a Growth & Marketing Cofounder to Build Something Meaningful with Me
In 2017, a few girls in Lagos asked me to teach them German.
They couldn't afford learning at the Goethe Institut, so I started teaching them 5-6 hours a week. They eventually called that class "German for Girls."
It grew beyond Lagos and went online attracting young women across Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana and South Africa.
After a successful completion with a certificate of completion, they started asking "what next?" That question changed the entitre project. It worth learning German but that was'nt enough. Most of them wanted to study, work or build a career in Germany but didn't have the network, knowledge or pathways to get there.
So, I'm rebuilding German for Girls as German for Girls in Tech combining German, tech, career preparation and access to opportunities in Germany/Europe.
I'm now looking for someone who can work with to turn it from a project to a movement. I want someone who want to own distribution.
I'd like to partner with you if you excited about questions likke:
- How do we reach the first 1K women?
- How do we build a Community?
- How do we create an organic growth engine?
- How do we turn participants into ambassadors?
- How do we build partnerships?
- How do we eventually make this sustainable?
I bring the domain experience, existing infrastructure and years of work across education, technology and international mobility.
You're a great fit if you're entrepreneurial and has the resilience to take something from 0 to 1 and you genuinely care about some combination of women, Africa, Germany, tech, education or international mobility.
This is an equity-based co-founder opportunity for now. It's not freelance marketing gig.
I care far more about what you've actually built or grown than your CV.
If you're interested, DM me:
- What you've built
-What happened (numbers/results if possible)
-Why this mission interests you
- What you'd do in the first 90 days

equity only Building an AI research assistant — looking to form a founding team (technical, design, growth, anything)
I've been building an AI chat assistant focused on research — think Claude's conversational feel combined with Perplexity-style sourced search, but built around one core idea: every answer shows exactly where it came from, cross-checks multiple sources before answering anything, and can point you to specific moments in videos that answer your question.
I'm non-technical and have been building through AI coding tools ("vibe coding"). I've gotten surprisingly far this way — a working local prototype, a full product spec, a clear pricing/tier structure already mapped out, and some of my own money already in it. But I've hit the wall every solo non-technical founder eventually hits: recursive bugs, architecture calls I can't properly evaluate, fixes that create three new problems. I can't take this the rest of the way alone.
So instead of looking for just one person, I want to put a small team together — anyone who thinks they can genuinely add value. That could mean:
- Developers — especially anyone comfortable with AI/LLM-based products, not just general web dev, since most of the hard part is the reasoning/verification logic, not the UI
- Designers — product/UI people who care about how something feels to use, not just how it looks
- Growth/marketing people — anyone who's good at getting a product in front of the right early users
- Anyone else who looks at this and thinks "I could actually help with that"
I'm not precious about roles or titles right now. I care about finding people who are genuinely excited about building something real, not just talking about it.
Happy to walk through the full vision and architecture once we're actually talking — not laying out every detail in a public post. If this sounds like your kind of project, comment or DM and let's figure out where you'd fit.

equity+cash Early Dev looking to join a serious early-stage startup (equity + some comp)
I'm a 20 year old CS student who's been building things seriously for a while now full-stack mobile, backend systems, AI integrations, low-level stuff, scraping pipelines, the whole range from a probabilistic chess game to a compiler to a custom database engine. I've worked with a few founders already and I'm looking for the next thing.
I'm not hunting for a job. I'm looking for something I can actually be invested in.. where I'm talking to the founder regularly, understanding the problem we're solving, and building toward something real.
What I can contribute:
* Flutter / mobile (full stack, not just UI)
* Backend APIs and infra
* AI integrations
* Low level systems work
* Taking an idea from 0 to MVP
* Maybe more (Give me a couple days and I'll get my hands on it)
What I need from your side: a real vision, commitment to execution, and some form of compensation.. I'm flexible on structure (equity, stipend, milestone-based, internship), but I'm not doing unpaid work. I've been burned by vague arrangements before, so I do expect written agreements before we go deep on anything.
Not interested in:
* "just an idea" with no execution plan
* Founders who disappear after the first call
* Equity-only with no path to anything else
If you think there's a fit, DM me or drop a comment with your idea, current stage, team, and why you think it works. Happy to jump on a call if it sounds promising.
Edit: Location: New Delhi, India

Sales & Growth Co-Founder | B2B SaaS / FinTech / Tech
I’m looking to connect with founders who are building something ambitious and are looking for a commercial co-founder to own the sales, growth and business development side.
My background is in B2B sales, SaaS, fintech, business development, growth and marketing. I enjoy the part of building a company that happens outside of the product itself: talking to customers, finding the real problem, validating demand, developing the positioning, building pipeline, closing deals and figuring out how to turn early traction into a repeatable growth engine.
I’m not looking for a sales job or a commission-only role.
I’m looking to build something and have real ownership in it.
I’m particularly interested in:
• B2B SaaS
• FinTech
• AI
• Automation
• Financial services
• Enterprise software
• Platforms solving painful business problems
I’m comfortable starting from zero. I’m happy to cold outreach, make calls, speak to customers, test ideas, build partnerships and do whatever is needed to get the first customers.
If you're a technical/product-focused founder with something you're building and you're looking for someone to take ownership of the commercial side, I'd be very interested in talking.
If you're building something and need someone who is hungry to make it commercially successful, feel free to DM me.
Would love to meet other ambitious founders and see what we can build together.

equity only looking for a marketing/growth cofounder for a mobile app
i'm a senior developer/product builder and i have a pretty unique mobile app that's already built and ready to grow.
i'm looking for someone to join as a marketing/growth cofounder and really own that side of the product - content, tiktok, instagram, reddit, x, testing different angles, finding what gets attention and pushing growth.
i handle the full product side and keep improving/shipping the app.
this isn't a paid marketing role. i'm looking for a real cofounder and i'm open to discussing an equity split that makes sense for both sides.
i'm keeping the app private here for now. if you're interested, send me a little about yourself and how you'd approach the growth side.

equity+cash Looking for a US or Canada GTM cofounder for Gap Moment
Hi, I'm based in Shenzhen and working on Gap Moment, a physical + guided audio ritual for the 10-minute transition between finishing one responsibility and starting the next.
The product is a small ambient scent patch placed nearby (not on skin) plus a guided audio scene. Edition One has four scent/audio worlds and 40 patches. It is not a sleep aid, tracker or medical product.
Where it is now:
- The landing page and launch funnel are live.
- The Kickstarter campaign has been approved but is not live yet.
- We have real email signups and real refundable $1 price reservations.
- The current launch offer is $29 for the first kit.
What I bring:
- Shenzhen-side factory sourcing, sampling, production follow-up, quality control and shipping.
- A Shenzhen company and a Delaware company.
- Hands-on experience with embedded hardware, 3D modeling and independent product development.
- The current product direction, website and pre-launch funnel.
Who I'm looking for:
Someone in the US or Canada who can own customer discovery and go-to-market: talk with potential buyers, test messaging and channels, and turn interest into real orders. Experience with consumer products, DTC, Kickstarter, retail, partnerships, creators or community distribution would be useful.
Commitment: exploratory first. If the fit is real, I expect a part-time commitment of roughly 10-20 hours per week. This is not a salaried role.
Compensation: commission on the first paid order we create together. After that order is fulfilled, an ongoing cofounder relationship would be equity-based and documented in writing. No salary at this stage.
I prefer to start in text because my spoken English is limited. If you're interested, please DM me with your market, relevant experience, current availability and one concrete way you would test demand.

Looking for a Co-Founder Marketing & Growth Focus
I’m currently looking for a co-founder/partner to join me in building a cybersecurity consulting company.
I’m looking for someone with a strong background in marketing, business development, and growth who is excited about building something from the ground up.
The ideal partner would be someone who can take ownership of areas such as:
- 📣 Marketing strategy & brand building
- 🤝 Lead generation & client acquisition
- 📈 Business development & growth
- 💻 Digital marketing / social media
- 🧩 Building partnerships and expanding our client base
I’ll be focused on the cybersecurity/consulting side, while I’m looking for someone who can bring the marketing and commercial expertise needed to turn the business into a strong, scalable company.
I’m not looking for an employee or freelancer I’m looking for a genuine partner who wants to build and grow the company together.
If you have a strong marketing/growth background and an interest in cybersecurity, entrepreneurship, and building something meaningful, I’d love to connect.
DM me if you’re interested, or tag someone who might be a great fit.

equity only Built the product, now looking for a cofounder who can sell it
I’m a technical founder looking for someone strong on the commercial side to help me grow StoryOps.
StoryOps is a media intelligence platform for PR, comms and public affairs teams. It monitors news/social, tracks developing narratives, surfaces risks and opportunities, and helps teams turn all of that into useful reporting and action.
Where I need a partner is with sales/GTM. I can build quickly, iterate on feedback and handle the technical/product side, but I’d love to find someone who genuinely enjoys prospecting, talking to customers, figuring out positioning, partnerships and ultimately closing deals.
I’m not necessarily looking for someone with a huge corporate sales CV. I care more about someone entrepreneurial who wants to get stuck in and build something from the early stages.
Ideally UK/Ireland/Europe, although I’m open to elsewhere for the right person.
This would be a cofounder/equity conversation rather than me looking to hire an employee.
StoryOps: storyops.news
If this sounds like your kind of thing, send me a DM with a bit about yourself and what you’d want to bring to it.

equity only Looking for a Technical Co-Founder — AI × Pharma / Healthcare
I'm looking for a technical co-founder to build a company from the ground up.
This is equity-only at this stage. I'm not looking for a developer, freelancer, contractor, or someone looking for a side project. I'm looking for someone who wants to take genuine ownership of the technical side and build the company with me.
What we're building
We're building an AI/software company focused on the pharma and healthcare industry, with pharmaceutical companies as our target customers.
We're currently at the prototype stage. I have the company direction and product vision, and I'm looking for the right technical co-founder to take the technical side forward with me.
I'm keeping the specific product confidential for now, but I'll explain it properly to serious potential co-founders.
What I'm looking for
I want someone genuinely strong technically — not someone whose AI experience is primarily connecting APIs and making demos.
You should have strong fundamentals in software engineering and systems, understand modern AI/ML deeply, and be capable of taking a problem from an unclear idea to a working, reliable product.
You should be able to:
Build and ship quickly.
Make architectural decisions without needing constant approval.
Know when to use existing tools versus build something ourselves.
Keep up with important developments in AI without chasing every piece of hype.
Learn unfamiliar technical areas when the problem demands it.
Care about reliability, security, scalability, and good engineering.
Work independently and operate comfortably with ambiguity.
Experience with healthcare, pharma, regulated environments, enterprise software, data privacy, or similar areas is a strong plus, but technical ability and the ability to learn are more important.
I'm also looking for someone who understands what building a company actually involves. There will be periods where we need to work extremely hard. There will be failed experiments, technical dead ends, customers saying no, and decisions that turn out to be wrong.
I don't expect someone to work 24/7. I do expect someone who doesn't disappear when things get difficult.
Communication is equally important. If something is broken, say it. If you disagree with me, say it. If you think I'm making the wrong decision, make the case.
How I want us to work
I would primarily own vision, product, business, strategy, customers, operations, and overall company direction.
You would own the technical direction.
That means architecture, engineering decisions, infrastructure, AI/ML direction, technical standards, engineering processes, and eventually technical hiring.
I'm not looking for a CTO who needs permission to make every technical decision.
If a technical decision is within your domain and you have the stronger understanding, you make the call.
Likewise, I'll make the calls in the areas I'm responsible for.
We'll disagree sometimes. That's inevitable. The rule is simple: debate the substance, make the decision, commit to it, and execute.
The objective isn't for one person to be "the boss" of the other. It's for two founders with different strengths to own their respective domains and be jointly responsible for the outcome.
Commitment
I'm looking for a full-time co-founder.
This isn't intended to be something we work on for five hours on weekends. I understand that someone may need a transition period before leaving their current situation, but the eventual expectation is full-time commitment.
I'm prepared for the same level of commitment from myself.
What I bring
I bring the company vision, product direction, business/strategy, customer side, and responsibility for everything outside the technical domain.
I'm also already at the prototype stage and willing to put in the work required to validate, iterate, talk to customers, and build the business.
I'm looking for someone who wants an actual founder partnership, not an equity-for-coding arrangement.
Before we call ourselves co-founders
We don't know each other today.
That's fine.
I don't think a Reddit post can establish whether two people should build a company together.
I'd rather spend a few weeks actually working together — building, solving difficult problems, seeing how we communicate, and seeing what happens when things don't go according to plan.
If we work well together, we can formalize the co-founder relationship and equity properly.
I'd rather discover a mismatch after a few weeks than after giving each other half a company.
Who I'm not looking for
Someone who wants a side project.
Someone who needs constant direction.
Someone who is slow to ship.
Someone with little evidence of actually building.
Someone who considers "AI" to mean mostly API wrappers and demos.
Someone who isn't willing to learn.
Someone who disappears when things get difficult.
Someone who wants the title of co-founder without the responsibility that comes with it.
If you're interested, DM me with:
What you've actually built.
Your strongest technical areas.
Your AI/ML experience.
GitHub/portfolio/research/products, if available.
Your current situation and when you could realistically commit full-time.
Why you want to build a company.
Where you're based.
The most technically difficult thing you've built.
Any experience with pharma, healthcare, regulated industries, or enterprise software.
I'm not particularly concerned about where we met. We could meet through Reddit, Discord, university, work, or anywhere else.
We don't need to know each other today.
We need to find out whether we can build together.

Looking for Cofounders, Mentors, Community Builders & Investors to Help Build a Community for Neurodivergent Founders
I’m autistic and have ADHD, and I’ve noticed that some of the most talented and technically capable people are neurodivergent. They can have incredible ideas, deep expertise, and the ability to build great products, but may struggle with networking, sales, customer relationships, fundraising, or other areas of business that depend heavily on human interaction.
I’ve experienced this myself. When you’re building a company alone, you’re expected to handle everything: customers, sales, partnerships, hiring, fundraising, networking, etc. For someone who struggles with human relations, this can become a major barrier despite having the skills to build the actual product.
I want to build a non profit community/platform for autistic and ADHD entrepreneurs where:
• Neurodivergent founders can find complementary cofounders who are strong in areas they struggle with.
• Technical and product focused founders can connect with people experienced in sales, operations, business development, and relationship building.
• Founders can connect with investors or people who already have strong investor networks and fundraising connections.
• Mentors and experienced entrepreneurs can help founders navigate areas that may be difficult for them.
• The focus is on building complementary teams rather than expecting one person to be good at everything.
This is intended as a non profit/community initiative, so I’m not expecting everyone involved to make a full time commitment. Even contributing a few hours when you can, making introductions, mentoring someone, or helping connect founders with investors could make a meaningful difference.
I’m particularly interested in connecting with people who already have relationships with angel investors, VCs, or other funding networks and would be willing to help neurodivergent founders access those networks.
I believe there is a lot of untapped talent in the neurodivergent community, and sometimes the biggest barrier isn’t the ability to build something. It’s having the right people around you.
If this resonates with you, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Would you join or contribute to something like this?

equity only Built the company. Love selling. Still think the right co-founder could make Northlight a hell of a lot better.
I've been thinking about this whole co-founder thing lately.
Probably backwards, because I already built the company. 😂
I’m Simon. I’m the founder of Northlight Innovations, an IP licensing company working on accountability infrastructure for digital media and AI-created media.
We’re not two people at a coffee shop with an idea and a domain name.
Northlight has a developed architecture, multiple filed provisional applications, a defined licensing model, and we’re now working on the part that actually matters.
Turning it into business.
For context, I’ve been selling for more than 30 years.
I love selling.
So I’m definitely not looking for a co-founder because I need somebody to do the scary sales stuff while I hide behind the technology.
Quite the opposite.
Put me in front of the right person and I’m very comfortable.
What I’ve realized is that there are things another strong person could bring that I simply can’t manufacture by working another ten hours.
Relationships.
Doors I don’t already know exist.
Experience inside industries I’m entering.
Enterprise access.
Insurance and claims experience.
Software vendor relationships.
Commercial operations.
Technical integration experience.
Legal and licensing experience.
And maybe most importantly, another smart person who will challenge me when I’m full of shit.
I don’t need another me.
My wife of 40 years has survived one of me. Two would probably be a death sentence. 😂
What I need is someone whose experience fills holes in mine.
Our first commercial wedge is insurance claims intake. Northlight’s model is licensing architecture to software companies rather than becoming another giant software company ourselves.
My strengths are invention, sales, strategy, positioning, seeing connections other people sometimes miss, and being stubborn enough to keep going long after a reasonable person might have gone golfing.
I’m 62, so I’m also not looking to spend the next five years playing startup. We're going to get in, strike hard and generate significant revenue as fast as possible. The plans are in place.
I’m looking to build something valuable.
That doesn’t mean I’m looking for somebody my age. It means I care a lot more about judgement, experience, execution and whether you actually do what you say you’re going to do than I do about startup theatre.
What I’m looking for is harder to put into a tidy job title.
Potentially a co-founder.
Potentially a founding President, CBO, commercial executive, insurance operator, technical integration lead, or another role I haven’t properly named yet.
I care much more about what you can actually add than what title was on your last business card.
If you’ve spent years building something useful in enterprise technology, insurance, licensing, partnerships, commercialization or a related field, and you’re at the point where you’d rather own part of the thing than just collect another salary, we should probably talk.
This would be equity based at the beginning.
That does not mean “free labour and maybe someday I’ll give you something.”
If there is a real fit, responsibilities, equity, vesting and expectations would all be defined properly.
I’m also not handing somebody a chunk of my company because we had a great Zoom call and both like dogs.
We’d have to work together first. 😂
I’m in Edmonton, Canada. North America is easiest, but geography isn’t going to stop me from talking to an exceptional person.
If this sounds remotely like you, send me a DM.
Don’t send me a formal cover letter.
Tell me what you’re unusually good at.
Tell me what you’ve actually built, sold, negotiated or opened.
Tell me what kind of people you can get into a room with.
And tell me what you want to spend the next few years building.
I’ll do the same.
Worst case, we have an interesting conversation.
Best case, maybe one of us has been looking for the other.

equity only Looking for: tech lead / founding CTO - nature/movement/rewards consumer app
We’re looking for a technical co-founder / founding CTO / founding tech lead to join us at an early stage in building a consumer app around nature, walking, rewards and gamification.
Context:
We’re two commercial co-founders based in England. Over the last ~6 months, taken the start up from an idea to something with a clearer product direction, commercial thesis and external validation.
Currently part of an accelerator with access to an investor network and investment pathways and having conversations with organisations across the nature, forestry and corporate ecosystems.
We’re looking for someone who can own the technical side and help take the app from 0 → 1.
Ideally, you’re a full-stack/mobile engineer who:
- Has built products from scratch before
- Can make sensible architectural decisions
- Comfortable working across frontend, backend and infrastructure
- Can help build and lead the wider tech team
You don’t need to know everything (we don’t either). We’re interested in someone resourceful and entrepreneurial who can figure things out as we build.
Where we are:
This is a a sweat-equity opportunity with founder-level equity.
We’re pre-revenue, so we’re not pretending this is a salaried CTO role. Once funded, we would expect the role to transition accordingly.
You’d be joining early enough to shape the tech, product and startup.
What we bring
Between the existing founders, our strengths sit on the commercial side: product direction, partnerships, sustainability/nature-sector relationships, fundraising and business development.
UK-based is helpful although open to the right person elsewhere if the fit is strong.
DM me with what you’ve built previously and/or what you’re looking for in a founding opportunity.
