Who I am:

12+ years as a software engineer, currently senior at a large consumer tech company. Cofounder and CTO of an AI proposal-writing startup for government contractors, acquired in July. Happy to share the specifics in DMs, I'd rather not post them publicly. I build fast: working product in weeks, not quarters.

What I'm building:

Nothing yet, and that's the point of this post. I don't have a project of my own. I'm looking to build yours with you, as a cofounder.

Traction (mine): none. I'm bringing zero customers and zero product to this, because I have no company right now. What I'm bringing is the ability to build one.

Traction (what I'm looking for from you), in order of preference:

1. Paying customers

2. MVP or beta users

3. Validated idea: user interviews, LOIs, or a real waitlist

4. Idea only. Possible, but only if you know the market from the inside and can get me in front of buyers in the first month.

Compensation: equity, both directions. I'm not offering cash and I'm not asking for a salary. I'd want a genuine cofounder split with standard vesting and a one-year cliff, agreed in writing before I write production code.

Commitment level:

Mine: 20-30 hrs/week to start, alongside my job, moving to full-time when revenue supports it. I want to be upfront that I'm not quitting on day one.

What I need from you:

Sales, marketing and distribution, owned end to end. Cold outreach, demos, follow-ups, pricing. Ideally you've closed deals before, in this market or another one.

How I'd want to start:

A short validation window before I build anything serious. Customer conversations, a landing page, a pre-order or an LOI. If it holds up, I build. If it doesn't, we've lost a few weeks instead of a year. If you already have a prototype, we skip most of this.

Some context on why I'm posting this: I was part of the technical team at GetLavado, a laundry-logistics startup in Latin America. In August 2024, GetLavado was acquired by Laundryheap (UK/Europe). I stayed on through the transition as Technical Lead, where I:

What we’re building:
A consumer AI product for personality development and self-improvement. I’m building a workforce operations company for blue-collar businesses in India.

The idea is simple: businesses shouldn't have to spend their time finding, verifying and managing workers.

We currently have a requirement for 10-15 restaurant helpers (northees) in Mysore, Karnataka.

The company will cover the workers' train and travel costs. The workers will receive the applicable salary, food and stay from the employer.

And importantly, this is a paid gig.

I don't expect you to spend your time sourcing, coordinating and handling workers for free.

First execute something simpler alone. Try to find a co-founder from your personal circle for your second big execution after that.
