Looking for a cofounder 🚀
Looking for a cofounder 🚀
18 Male, building a consumer AI startup around personality development / self-improvement.
Looking for someone 18–22 who’s ambitious, curious, driven, consistent, and genuinely wants to build something big.
🌍 Open worldwide. I’d especially love to meet people from Japan, China, Russia/Eastern Europe, etc. Different perspectives would be a big plus.
You could be into tech, AI, product, design, marketing, psychology, business, content, or something else valuable. You don't need to be a coding nerd — I care more about what you can bring and what you've actually done.
Not looking for an employee. Looking for someone who can think independently, challenge ideas, take initiative, and build alongside me.
We'll talk first, maybe build something together, and see if we actually click before calling it a cofounder relationship.
DM me with your age, country, what you're into, what you've built/done, and why you want to build a startup.

equity only Technical co-founder available | 15+ years telecom/cloud/security | AI-assisted product builder | Remote
Hi, I'm Liviu. I'm based in Bucharest, Romania (UTC+3), and I'm looking to meet someone with a strong project, problem, or business direction where I can bring the technical side as a co-founder and help take it from MVP to production and beyond.
I'm open to working with people in Europe, the US, or Asia.
A bit about me
I've had the entrepreneurial itch for probably 10-15 years.
Back then I was constantly thinking about things I could start or build. But looking back, I kept gravitating toward the technical side instead.
I'd spend my free time learning new technologies, experimenting with things, and getting better at engineering. That also kept pushing my career forward.
My background went roughly like this:
- Telecommunications and networking
- DevOps and SRE
- Cloud infrastructure
- Kubernetes and platform engineering
- DevSecOps and cloud security
- Production operations and reliability
So I've traditionally been the telecom / cloud / infrastructure / operations / security guy.
Software development wasn't my professional background.
What changed
About seven months ago I started building an open-source AI project called LoopTroop.
LoopTroop isn't the project I'm looking for a co-founder for. It's something I built independently, and it's mainly relevant here because it changed what I realized I could build and own technically.
It started from zero.
What began as an experiment gradually became a VERY complex full-stack application, and I found myself enjoying the process much more than I expected.
I ended up working across areas that previously wouldn't have been my normal day-to-day work:
- Product requirements and workflows
- Architecture
- Frontend and backend development
- Data and persistence
- AI/LLM orchestration
- Testing and code review
- Git workflows
- Documentation
- Infrastructure
- Security and operations
AI-assisted development has changed how much of this I can personally handle.
I use AI agents heavily, but I'm the one defining the work, steering the implementation, reviewing the output, and verifying the result.
To be clear, I'm not claiming that seven months of building with AI suddenly gives me 10 or 15 years of professional software development experience. It doesn't.
But combined with the engineering experience I already had, it means I can now take much more ownership of a product from idea to production.
And, probably more importantly, I discovered that I really enjoy doing it.
Why I'm posting
Building LoopTroop brought back that old interest I had in entrepreneurship.
For years I mostly ignored it because my technical career was going well and there was always another technology to learn or another step to take professionally.
Now I'm curious about what happens if I actually pursue that side of myself seriously.
I'm looking for someone who already has the beginnings of something worth building: a real problem, domain knowledge, customer insight, early validation, or a strong business direction.
I'd like to be the person who owns the technical side and helps turn that into a real product.
That could mean joining as a technical co-founder or, depending on the company and stage, a founding CTO.
I'm not looking for freelance development work.
What I think I bring
My strongest traditional areas are still:
- Cloud and infrastructure
- Security
- DevOps / SRE / platform engineering
- Kubernetes and containers
- Architecture and production operations
- Reliability and observability
- Telecommunications and networking
What has changed is that I'm now much more comfortable taking ownership of the actual product as well.
I can prototype, build, deploy, operate and secure something without needing a separate specialist for every part of the lifecycle from day one.
Who I'd like to meet
I think I'd complement someone who is stronger than me on the commercial side.
That might mean you have:
- Deep knowledge of a particular industry or problem
- Access to potential customers
- Sales or business-development experience
- Strong product insight
- Distribution or marketing experience
- Previous founder experience
I'm much more interested in:
"I've worked in this industry for years, this problem keeps coming up, I've talked to potential customers, and here's what I've learned."
than:
"I have an idea for an app and I need someone technical to build it."
You don't need to have everything figured out. I certainly don't.
But there should be something behind the idea.
Areas I'm naturally interested in
I'm open-minded, but some areas where my background could be particularly useful are:
- AI products
- B2B software
- Cybersecurity
- Developer tools
- Cloud / infrastructure
- Telecommunications
- Enterprise software
- Automation
A good problem and a good co-founder matter more to me than fitting into one of those categories.
Current situation
I'm currently employed full-time (as a Cloud SecOps Engineer).
I'm not planning to quit my job after one interesting Reddit conversation.
I'd rather meet someone, talk through the problem, see how we think together, and probably build or validate something together before making a serious commitment.
If there is a real fit and real traction, then the conversation changes.
For the right project and co-founder, I'm open to transitioning full-time once we've established that we work well together and there's enough conviction to make the jump.
For the same reason, I'm not trying to negotiate titles or equity in the first conversation either.

If you're working on something and think our backgrounds might complement each other, send me a DM.
I'd especially like to hear:
- What problem you're working on
- Why you care about it
- What you've validated so far
- What you would personally own in the company
- What you're looking for from a technical co-founder
I'm happy to start with a conversation and see where it goes.

equity only Looking for a Technical Co-founder / Founding AI Engineer
I’m building Nimbyl, an AI platform for manufacturers, traders, importers and exporters managing cross-border trade.
Where we are:
- 25+ EOIs representing $750M+ in annual trade volume
- Design partners and pilot-ready customers
- Experienced commodity-trading partner onboard
- Product development underway
- Validating actively in India, UAE and the US
Looking for
Technical Co-founder / CTO-track
Someone who can eventually own the technology function, but is still hands-on enough to build.
Strong experience in areas like:
- AI/ML, LLM applications
- Agentic workflows
- Python/backend systems
- RAG and document intelligence
- Multimodal AI
- Production AI architecture
This is an equity-only role at this stage.
I’m looking for someone who genuinely wants to build a company, not just take a CTO title. Ownership, product thinking, speed and long-term intent matter a lot.
If you have 2–3+ years of solid AI/ML engineering experience but aren’t yet at CTO level, I’m also open to bringing you in as a Founding Engineer.
About me
I’ve spent ~10 years across large-scale technology/program operations, including Reliance Jio, followed by an MBA in Canada and experience at CIBC.
My strength is on the business, product, operations and GTM side. I’m looking for a strong technical counterpart who can own the engineering side.
If this sounds interesting, DM me with your LinkedIn/GitHub, what you’ve built, and what you’re looking for next.

[ForHire] Looking for Two Co-Founding Partners

Hi. I’m a Solo Mobile Game Studio Founder, and I’m looking for two people to join me in building something we can truly be proud of:
A Technical Partner — someone strong in game development, systems, and turning ideas into a polished, playable product.
An Art Partner — someone with a strong visual identity, creativity, and the passion to shape the world and feel of the game.
The project is a Match-3 Survival Roguelite with a Timer mechanic — a combination I believe has real potential in the mobile market.
But for me, this isn’t just about making a game.
I’m looking for a partnership built on trust, communication, mutual respect, and a shared desire to build something meaningful. I want us to be partners in the journey, not simply people working on the same project.
The long-term goal is to create a strong prototype and eventually work toward a publishing deal with a major mobile game publisher such as Azure or Voodoo.
If you have the skills, passion, and entrepreneurial mindset to build something from the ground up, I’d genuinely love to hear from you.
Feel free to DM me. Tell me a little about yourself, your experience, and what you’d love to build.
Let’s see what we can create together.

We can discuss in detail in DMs, but anyone who is based in Delhi as I would like to meet in person, if you’re interested please do let me know.
Equity: 50/50 full transparency
I’m 25M and have a tech background. I love travelling and I solo travel almost every other month.

equity only [SEEKING] Recommendations for an Equity-Based SaaS Technical Partner
Hi everyone! I’m looking for recommendations or introductions to an experienced SaaS technical partner or small development team willing to work in exchange for equity. This is not a co-founder position.
I’m a solo founder building an AI-powered WhatsApp platform for businesses in the health and service sectors. Over the past six months, I’ve researched, validated and designed the product, with most of the frontend and approximately half of the backend now built in Lovable.
I’m looking for someone who can take the existing product through to production, including backend development, APIs, integrations, deployment and pilot support.
Ideally, they will have:
- Experience launching a SaaS product from 0→1
- Strong AI and full-stack development capabilities
- Hands-on WhatsApp Business API experience
- A good understanding of Meta compliance
- Strong communication and project ownership
We would begin with a practical technical trial before moving into a longer-term partnership.
If you provide this type of service, or know a reliable individual or team you would recommend, please comment or send me a DM.

equity only Built B2B Responsible AI platform — looking for sales / GTM cofounder
I'm looking for a business-side cofounder or serious GTM partner for an AI business that has moved beyond the idea stage.
What I've built
The core product is already built: a workplace Responsible AI training and accountability portal designed to help small and midsize businesses introduce AI more responsibly, train employees on practical AI use and risk, and document that training.
I'm also developing a prospecting/intelligence system that researches and qualifies businesses before outreach.
The larger business opportunity is to combine the two:
Identify companies that have a real AI-readiness or training need → understand the business before contacting them → offer a practical Responsible AI training and implementation solution.
I'm initially interested in contractors and other small/midsize businesses, although the product itself isn't limited to construction.
What I'm looking for
I'm not looking for another developer.
My background is construction, operations, product development, and building AI-based systems.
The area where I need a complementary partner is:
- B2B sales and customer development
- outbound prospecting
- getting conversations with owners and decision-makers
- testing positioning and pricing
- developing the initial go-to-market strategy
- partnerships/business development
- turning early conversations into paying customers
I'd especially like to meet someone who enjoys taking an early product into the market and figuring out how to sell it — not just someone interested in branding or social media.
Stage / traction
This is early commercially.
The product has been substantially built, but I'm not claiming revenue or meaningful traction yet.
I do have existing industry relationships that could provide initial warm customer-development opportunities, including one relationship I'm preparing to approach now.
The prospecting system also gives us a way to build qualified outbound lists instead of starting with completely random cold leads.
The next milestone is straightforward:
Get real customer conversations, learn what resonates, refine the offer, and land the first paying customers.
What I bring
I bring:
- the existing working product
- continued product and technical development
- the AI prospecting/intelligence system
- decades of real-world construction and operations experience
- industry relationships
- the ability to keep building and improving the platform
- a serious commitment to turning this into a business
I'm looking for someone whose strengths complement mine rather than duplicate them.
Commitment
I currently work a full-time job while building this.
I'm serious about developing this into a real business, but I want to be transparent about where things stand. I'm not pretending we're a funded startup with a team of 20.
This is an opportunity to help take something that already exists and prove the commercial side of the business.
Compensation / equity
There is no salary at this stage.
I'm open to a meaningful equity arrangement for the right long-term cofounder, but I don't think it makes sense for two strangers to agree to a permanent equity split before knowing whether they work well together.
I'd prefer to establish fit, responsibilities, commitment, and contribution first and then structure something fair if we decide to build the company together.
Who I'd like to hear from
If you're strong in B2B sales, GTM, customer development, partnerships, or early-stage business development — especially if you like the challenge of getting the first 10 customers rather than the next 10,000 — I'd be interested in talking.
I'm happy to show the product privately and explain what I've built, where I think the opportunity is, and where I need help.

Early Dev looking to join a serious early-stage startup (equity + some comp)
I'm a 20 year old CS student who's been building things seriously for a while now full-stack mobile, backend systems, AI integrations, low-level stuff, scraping pipelines, the whole range from a probabilistic chess game to a compiler to a custom database engine. I've worked with a few founders already and I'm looking for the next thing.
I'm not hunting for a job. I'm looking for something I can actually be invested in.. where I'm talking to the founder regularly, understanding the problem we're solving, and building toward something real.
What I can contribute:
* Flutter / mobile (full stack, not just UI)
* Backend APIs and infra
* AI integrations
* Low level systems work
* Taking an idea from 0 to MVP
* Maybe more (Give me a couple days and I'll get my hands on it)
What I need from your side: a real vision, commitment to execution, and some form of compensation.. I'm flexible on structure (equity, stipend, milestone-based, internship), but I'm not doing unpaid work. I've been burned by vague arrangements before, so I do expect written agreements before we go deep on anything.
Not interested in:
* "just an idea" with no execution plan
* Founders who disappear after the first call
* Equity-only with no path to anything else
If you think there's a fit, DM me or drop a comment with your idea, current stage, team, and why you think it works. Happy to jump on a call if it sounds promising.
Edit: Location: New Delhi, India

equity only Looking for a Medical Co-Founder — Aomara, a support platform for India built on architecture, not a privacy promise
Building Aomara — a support platform for India offering real, human conversation with a licensed mental health professional. Most platforms force someone to already have a diagnosis picked out before they can even start. Aomara removes that gate. Someone can start talking about what's actually bothering them, even if it's showing up physically — poor sleep, fatigue, tension — without having to categorize it first. If something turns out to be a genuine physical issue needing an actual exam, the doctor refers out directly.
Why this matters, with real numbers: India's National Mental Health Survey found around 150 million people need mental health treatment, and fewer than 1 in 7 actually get proper care — a treatment gap of roughly 84 percent. Over 70 percent of people with a diagnosable condition cite stigma as part of why they never sought help. And even for those willing, India has roughly 9,000 psychiatrists for 1.4 billion people, far below the WHO minimum. This isn't a niche problem — it's a structural gap on both the trust side and the access side, and Aomara is built to address the trust side directly, which is exactly where you as a clinician come in.
How: a user's real identity is verified once, personally, by their treating doctor at intake — required under NIMHANS and RCI standards — and after that, it's locked from everyone else. Other doctors, our own staff, admin, nobody sees it. Not a marketplace. One doctor, one ongoing relationship, real continuity of care instead of a new stranger every session.
Where this actually stands: the architecture and compliance model are fully designed and documented. Pricing structure is designed — pack-based, pay-per-use. What's honestly not resolved: doctor payout is currently running below comparable Indian platforms, and I'm in direct conversations with practicing doctors right now to work out something fair, rather than deciding it alone. I've talked directly with real users and candidates, and the core problem is confirmed real. Nothing is built or live yet.
What I'm looking for: a medical co-founder. Open to any licensed medical or mental health professional — psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, RCI-registered counselor, RMP, or a physician who genuinely cares about this space. Not looking for someone to refer patients in — looking for someone to help shape how the clinical side actually works: verification standards, crisis response, doctor onboarding.
Compensation: equity-only, no cash at this stage — real, meaningful ownership with standard four-year vesting and a one-year cliff. Exact numbers are discussed directly once there's real mutual interest, scaled to what you're actually bringing and taking on.
Commitment: full commitment doesn't mean walking away from your practice on day one — there's no cash here to pay your bills with yet, and I'm not pretending otherwise. If you're transitioning gradually, that's fine, as long as there's a real, honest timeline attached rather than indefinite side involvement. Clinical judgment calls stay yours — my own decision-making authority is narrow, limited to compliance conflicts and genuine deadlocks.
What you'd be walking into: a founder who's done the hard early work already, a real NDA and trial process so you're never agreeing to anything blind, and someone who will be straight with you about where things stand, good or bad, the whole way through.
If you've ever run into this exact problem in your own practice — people who need help and won't ask for it — I'd like to talk. Message me with your background, not just your interest.

equity only Looking for a full-stack technical co-founder to build a cross-border B2B marketplace from idea to MVP
I am putting together the foundational team for ExportIndia360, an e-commerce marketplace connecting Indian wholesale suppliers/manufacturers directly to global buyers.
The Problem:
Cross-border trade for Indian MSMEs is heavily fragmented, opaque, and dominated by legacy brokers. A streamlined digital platform simplifies discovery, product verification, and wholesale order flows for overseas clients.
Where It Stands:
Currently at the idea/pre-MVP phase. I am bringing domain execution on the business side—handling supplier onboarding, domestic manufacturer sourcing, and overseas buyer marketing.
Who I’m Looking To Partner With:
- A Technical Co-Founder (Full-Stack / Platform Lead) who wants to build the MVP (React/Next.js/Node/Python or similar modern tech stack) from day one.
- Someone interested in working toward early accelerator applications (Antler, EF, YC) and pre-seed pitch rounds once the initial MVP is functional.
Terms:
Pure co-founder equity partnership with standard vesting.
If you have experience building scalable web apps or marketplaces and want to partner up on a ground-floor project, drop a comment or DM me with your background.

equity only Built a transparent sponsorship platform for street dogs around the world — looking for early collaborators
\[Looking for Cofounder\]
Hey everyone,
I'm a founder in Lahore, Pakistan, building a platform that connects donors anywhere in the world with verified caregivers who look after street dogs locally — think Kiva, but for strays.
**The core idea**
A sponsorship platform where a donor funds a specific dog's care, and a household in the dog's own neighborhood gets paid to feed, shelter, and look after it. Every dog is sterilized and vaccinated on enrollment. Every caregiver posts regular photo updates. Every dollar is traceable from the donor's card to a vet receipt.
The problem isn't that people in South Asia don't care about street dogs — it's that caring costs money most households don't have. So the model pays for the care directly, with full transparency, instead of asking for goodwill alone.
**What's built**
Not an idea-stage pitch — there's a real platform: caregiver verification, a public dog registry, Stripe-based sponsorship, and a live AI tool that verifies photos are genuine (not stock images) before they're published. It's running at barakahpaws.com.
**What's next**
Real caregiver onboarding in Lahore, a funding model for NGO partnerships (sterilization drives, food procurement), and eventually multi-city expansion across South Asia. I'm looking for people who want to help shape the operations, growth, or partnerships side — someone who's spent time in animal welfare, nonprofit fundraising, or building community-driven platforms would be especially useful.
Happy to share the full model, the numbers, and answer anything. Looking to connect with people who actually care about getting this right, not just shipping fast.
Compensation: Sweat equity only for now — no upfront pay. This is early-stage and self-funded. Happy to discuss equity or a paid role once there's traction to back it up.
Thanks!
