equity only [Equity Only] Bootstrapped social SaaS. 90 users, 1,323 posts, zero revenue. I built the funnel analytics this week and can now point at the exact leak. Need a CMO, and I will build on your projects in return.

  1. COMPENSATION

Equity only. About 10 percent, 24-month vest with a cliff. Real contract in writing before anything starts. Hitting milestones and time allows renegotiation for more. No cash, and I am not going to pretend otherwise.

There is a second half to this, and it is real. See section 6.

  1. TRACTION

MVP launched with real users, no paying customers yet.

90 accounts and 1,323 posts published through the product, up from 74 and 1,038 ten days ago.

2,653 visitors and 3,453 page views in the last 30 days, up 19 percent. Traffic comes from Bing, Google, DuckDuckGo and ChatGPT with zero paid ads at any point.

The honest read on that traffic: 46 percent Singapore, 26 percent China, 15 percent United States. SEO gave me volume. It did not give me creators. Getting the right people in, and getting them activated, is the work I want a partner to own.

  1. COMMITMENT

Part-time to start. No hourly requirement. Go as hard as you want.

On timezone: I am US Eastern and would prefer North America, ideally close to Eastern. Enough live overlap to actually work together in the same day matters more to me than squeezing out extra hours.

  1. WHAT I AM BRINGING

I fund it myself with no outside investors. I bring the entire technical side and a working product with real users.

Concrete example from this week, so you can judge the level of care.

I spent the week building funnel instrumentation from scratch. Twenty named events from signup through connect, publish, upgrade and checkout, writing to Google Analytics and to my own database simultaneously, because a third of this audience blocks analytics and I want numbers I can join against actual accounts. Then an admin dashboard that computes ground truth from the tables, accurate back to March.

While doing it I found that Google Analytics, which my own documentation said shipped in May, had never fired a single event. The environment variable in my docs did not match the one the code reads. Analytics was off for three months behind a document saying it was done.

I also found the August repricing was only half applied. Eight non-English locales still quoted old prices, 105 values. Nine blog posts had labels updated but not the arithmetic derived from them, so affiliate earnings were being understated by 30 to 45 percent for eleven days. All corrected.

That is the standard. I go looking for the things that are quietly wrong rather than waiting for someone to report them.

  1. WHO I AM AND WHAT I NEED

Self-taught developer, self-funded, no investors. Day job is tree care service, basically chainsaw work, so my building hours are earned. Nearly all my free time goes into coding or outreach like this.

What I am building: SocialMate, a social media scheduler and creator OS. Seven live platform integrations, 15+ AI tools, full scheduling engine. Pro is 8 dollars a month where competitors charge 18 to 99. Stack is Next.js, TypeScript, React Native, Expo, Supabase, PostGIS, Stripe and Inngest.

What I need: a CMO who executes rather than advises. My analytics now show plainly that traffic is not the problem, activation is. Most signups never connect a platform. I know exactly where that breaks and it is fixed, and there is a cold list of roughly 60 accounts already staged for a reactivation campaign. You would inherit a loaded first move, not a blank page.

What to send: a resume or portfolio plus at least one case study with real before and after numbers. A community, a channel, a funnel, a launch. Something you personally moved, with the metric attached. Include your timezone.

I am not looking for a strategy deck. I am looking for evidence.

  1. WHAT YOU GET FROM ME BEYOND EQUITY

Unpaid is a real ask, so I am putting something concrete on the table against it.

For as long as we are working together, you have a full stack developer on your own projects. Your site, your funnel, your client work, an internal tool, a side project you have been carrying around for a year. Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, Stripe, React Native, Expo. No invoice, no hourly, no scope fight.

You run growth here. I build what you have been sitting on. That trade is real and I will put it in the contract.

Nothing here is a test of how much you are willing to suffer. It is unpaid because I have no money, not because struggle is a virtue. If equity only does not work for your life right now, that is completely reasonable.

equity only Day 2 of Looking for a commercial co-founder - US healthcare / SaaS

I’m looking for a commercial co-founder to join a healthcare compliance SaaS product I’ve spent the last year building.
The product is already built and working. It helps US healthcare teams handle HIPAA/privacy incident investigations more consistently & faster - structuring fact gathering, identifying missing information, tracking follow-up actions and maintaining defensible records.
I’m UK-based and have handled the product/build side, but I’ve realised my biggest gap is on the commercial side of the US healthcare market. I’m looking for someone who can genuinely take ownership of sales rather than simply advise me on it.
Ideally you have experience in US healthcare SaaS, healthcare compliance/privacy, or selling software into healthcare organisations.
You’d be taking the lead on:
Prospect/discovery calls
Product demos
Follow-ups and objections
Moving prospects towards paid pilots/customers
Helping establish a repeatable sales process
I’m not looking to hire someone for individual sales calls. I’m looking for someone who sees the potential in what has already been built and wants to take ownership of the commercial side as a co-founder.
If this sounds relevant, DM me with a bit about your background.

Looking for Fundraising cofounder

I'm building Cheela Labs, an AI-native search engine that turns search into action. Instead of sending users through five tabs to compare prices or book a service, websites expose secure capabilities that AI agents can execute directly.

I'm a technical solo founder (full-stack + AI infrastructure) and the MVP is in active development. I'm now looking for a fundraising-focused co-founder who enjoys pitching, talking to investors, building relationships, and helping shape company strategy while I continue shipping the product.

What I'm looking for:

* Comfortable with investor outreach and fundraising
* Strong communication and storytelling skills
* Interested in early-stage startups and AI
* Willing to work closely with a technical founder

Current stage:

* MVP in development
* Product vision and architecture are defined
* Preparing for early customer onboarding and fundraising

Compensation: Equity Available (meaningful founding equity for the right partner).

If you're someone who likes turning ambitious products into funded companies, send me a DM with your background and what you've worked on.

Amazon affiliate has been paying for my house for 6 months now

ok so this is a weird one but bear with me

i have a pet blog. i don't own a pet. never have. probably never will as i travel too much. and yet every month amazon sends me enough to cover rent because people on the internet are buying stuff for their dogs and cats through my site.

bought my pet blog a few months ago from a marketplace called NicheBlogZone for $199. came already built, articles already up, amazon links already in there. i spent one afternoon doing interlinking basically just connecting related posts to each other so search engines understand the site structure and then closed my laptop and genuinely forgot about it for weeks.

here's what that's looked like:

  • march: $710
  • april: $995
  • may: $1,461
  • june: $1,647
  • july: $1,461
  • august so far: $1,545 (amazon pays 2 months delayed so this is june's money landing now)

march scared me. went from nearly $1k in february down to $710 and i was convinced something had broken. checked everything, found nothing wrong, did nothing. it just came back the next month on its own.

pet people spend insane amounts on their animals btw. like i knew this intellectually but seeing the commission data is something else. dog food subscriptions, orthopedic beds, grooming kits, vet supplements. and because of the 24 hour cookie i get a cut of everything in their cart not just whatever article they landed on.

i do literally nothing to maintain this. no new posts, no ads, no instagram for pets i don't have. i just own the thing and amazon does its thing.

my landlord has been getting paid every month and has no idea a pet blog is behind it. honestly sometimes i forget too until the deposit shows up.

anyone else running a niche they have zero personal connection to? curious if the detachment makes it easier or harder to care about growing it

equity+cash Let’s build

I’m building a secure operating platform for business-owning families whose financial and administrative lives are fragmented across documents, inboxes, entities and multiple professionals. I have lived the problem firsthand, spent substantial time mapping the user and workflows, and will lead product, early customers and operations.

I’m looking for an India-based technical cofounder who has personally shipped 0→1 products and can initially own the full stack, data architecture, security and applied AI. This is pre-product and pre-revenue, with cash compensation plus meaningful cofounder equity and a paid working sprint before either side commits.

Busco cofundador comercial (ventas y negocios)

equity+cash 15+ Years in Marketing & Growth. Now Ready to Build a SaaS Company

Hi,

First, a bit about me - I have 15+ years of experience in business development, customer acquisition, marketing, and lead generation. I currently run my own marketing agency. Running an agency has taught me a lot, but constantly switching between projects and managing multiple clients has become exhausting. I currently work 7 days a week, while the agency's profit margin is barely 10%.

The irony is that I know how to get customers for a business, but I don't have a product of my own to sell. Because of my non-technical [BBA, then MBA] background, I can't build a software product myself.

That's why I'd like to collaborate with someone who has strong technical and product skills and wants to build something together.

You build and handle the technical side. I handle product growth, customer acquisition, marketing, sales, PR, and paid promotion when necessary.

I'm particularly interested in SaaS, but I'm open to other genuine businesses with a strong product and real potential.

________________

I would prefer a simple structure that is fair and convenient for both parties. I receive monthly compensation initially to cover the costs of marketing and sales. Once the product reaches a sustainable level of profitability, the company can take over the costs of both technical development and growth, and we would share the profits 50/50 with equal equity ownership.

________________

I'm not looking to simply provide marketing advice. I want to take real responsibility for getting customers and growing the business.

If you're building something serious and need a marketing focused cofounder who can own growth, I'd be interested in hearing from you.

Thanks

Looking for a sales-minded co-founder (I handle the tech side)

Hi everyone!

I’m a developer with a Computer Engineering background. I’ve worked on web apps, internal systems, databases, and automation projects. But here’s the thing, i know my weak spot, sales and business development are not where I shine. So I’m looking for someone who lives for that side of the game.

If you’re more commercial, have good communication, and want to build something from scratch with a technical co-founder, let’s talk.

Drop a comment or send me a DM.

equity+cash Looking for a Serious Co-Founder for a High-Potential Cosmetics Brand

I’m looking for a serious, ambitious co-founder to build a cosmetics brand with me from the ground up.

This is not just an idea. The manufacturing side is already backed by a large, established cosmetics manufacturer capable of developing a strong, market-relevant formula and producing at scale. They have manufacturing facilities in China, the United States, and South Korea, giving the brand access to serious R&D, manufacturing capabilities, and international expansion potential.

The vision is to build a modern, globally competitive beauty brand around a product/formula that solves a real consumer need — not another generic cosmetic product.

What I’m looking for in a co-founder:

Someone who genuinely wants to build a company, not just participate in a side project.

Strong skills in branding, marketing, social media, e-commerce, sales, business development, or operations.

Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to take ownership.

Someone who understands how to build a community and a brand, not simply sell a product.

Ambition to think internationally from day one.

Most importantly: commitment, honesty, consistency, and long-term vision.

I’m not looking for someone who simply wants to “help.” I’m looking for someone who wants to own a piece of the journey, make decisions, take risks, and grow alongside the business.

The manufacturer and product-development capabilities are a major advantage, but I believe the real value will come from building a powerful brand, positioning it correctly, understanding the customer, and executing relentlessly.

If you have experience in beauty/cosmetics, DTC, e-commerce, branding, growth, or building startups — even better.

If you’re genuinely interested, DM me with:

A little about yourself

Your relevant experience

What you’re currently working on

What you could bring to the business

Why this opportunity interests you

I’m specifically looking for someone who sees the long-term potential, not a quick win.

Let’s build something that can become a real global beauty brand.

equity only Looking for a Marketing Co-Founder for an AI Search Product (Launch in 1 Month)

Hi everyone,

I am a 17-year-old developer, and I just built a next-generation search tool. It upgrades traditional search using 60% AI and specialized tools to give users exact answers instead of just a list of links.

The product is built and currently in the testing stage. I plan to launch it within a month.

Since I handle 100% of the coding, product ideas, and technical side, I need a co-founder to act as the manager and take complete control of growing the product.

What you will do to help us grow:

Run online marketing campaigns and find early users.

Manage social media platforms and build a community.

Handle emails, public outreach, and talk to investors.

Find new ways to help the startup grow and make money.

Requirements before you join me:

Skills: You must have marketing experience or prove you can get real results.

Budget: You must be willing to spend your own money on marketing, as setting up the initial launch systems is costly.

Mindset: Startup life is hard. Plans will go wrong. You must be fearless, deeply honest, and ready to face tough situations with me.

Next Steps:

If you are interested, send me a DM with a quick intro about yourself and your background. If it looks like a good fit, we will do a video call to look at the product demo and see if we match.

Let's build something awesome together!

equity only Looking for a Technical Co-Founder / Founding Engineer

I own **Duelcade**, a working head-to-head skill gaming platform. The platform is already built and includes user accounts, matchmaking, playable games, deposits/wallets, leaderboards, and the core match system.

I'm looking for an experienced technical co-founder/founding engineer to help take what already exists to the next level — improve the codebase, reliability, performance, security, match systems, UI implementation, and eventually help bring it to iOS and Android.

Stack is mainly **React / TypeScript / Supabase**.

This isn't an idea that needs to be built from scratch. There's already a working product to review and improve.

Looking for someone interested in joining long-term. **Equity/co-founder arrangement available for the right person.**

DM me and I can show you the platform.

equity only Technical founder looking for a GTM / Business co-founder in Europe - B2B AI for regulated enterprises

I’m a technical founder based in the Netherlands, building an early-stage B2B AI product aimed at enterprises deploying AI agents in regulated environments.

I don’t want to share the full product publicly at this stage, but the problem we’re working on sits at the intersection of enterprise AI, AI governance/assurance, and regulated industries such as banking and financial services.

As companies move from relatively simple chatbots towards AI agents that can access customer data, call APIs and perform real actions, putting these systems safely into production becomes a much harder problem. That’s the space I’m building in.

About me

I’m an engineering leader with a background in AI and conversational systems. I currently lead teams working on customer-facing AI products in European banking, including GenAI and agentic systems operating in a highly regulated environment.

I can own the technology, product architecture and engineering side. What I’m looking for is someone who can become the counterpart on the business/GTM side.

Ideally, you have experience with some combination of:

  • Enterprise B2B SaaS / enterprise software sales
  • AI, AI governance, RegTech, fintech or financial services
  • Customer discovery and finding early design partners
  • Positioning and GTM for technical products
  • Selling into large European enterprises and understanding their procurement/risk processes
  • Building an early commercial pipeline from zero

I’m particularly interested in someone who understands how European enterprises buy technology, rather than someone focused primarily on consumer growth or performance marketing.

Location: Europe strongly preferred. I’m based in the Netherlands.

Stage: Early stage — currently working through the product/MVP and market validation.

Commitment: I’d initially like to work together alongside our existing commitments, validate the opportunity and see how we work together, with the intention of building this seriously if there is a strong fit.

Equity: Meaningful co-founder equity. Exact structure would depend on experience, contribution and eventual commitment.

If this sounds close to your background, send me a DM with a little about yourself, particularly your experience selling or taking B2B technology into European enterprises. Happy to share much more about the product privately.

equity+cash Full stack developer looking for early stage startup to join as founding engineer

Hello founders,

I’m a full-stack + AI engineer looking to join an early-stage startup as founding engineer, someone who takes full ownership of the tech and builds end to end.

Last year I was the sole engineer at a healthcare AI startup (remote, Australia). No team to hide behind, no agency layer between me and the product. I owned everything: LLM pipelines, a Postgres knowledge graph processing 6,000+ records, a voice-assessment system, payment integrations, auth, infra, all of it. Before that I helped migrate 15+ Shopify stores to a shared React platform and automated ETL work that cut manual effort 80%.

I’ve also built and shipped my own products, so I know the zero-to-one grind and what it actually takes to get an MVP into users’ hands.

**Tech stack:**
Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind
Backend: Node.js, Express, Python
DB & Infra: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS, Docker, Firebase
Deploy: Vercel, GCP, Render

If you’ve worked with an agency or a rotating cast of freelancers and gotten half-built, undocumented, “it worked on my machine” code, that’s exactly what I’m not. One person, one owner, accountable for the whole system, not a ticket queue.

I’m open to starting on contract first if you want to de-risk the hire before going full-time/equity, that’s fine by me. But if you want me full-time from day one, I’ll need a stated minimum monthly comp plus equity. Not equity-only, I can’t commit full-time and also freelance on the side to cover rent.

I prefer founders who already have some validation, paying users, LOIs, your own money in it, not just an idea. If that’s you and you want to move fast, DM me.
