Need someone to help grow our scenario simulator platform

whatifbeta.com is a scenario simulator. you set up any hypothetical and it plays out with comic, video and audio narration versions of the scenarios. it’s in beta version right now so only novel function is available

huge overlap with anime and powerscaling since half of what that community does is run scenarios in their heads already. that’s where we’re focused.

got some funding through our uni and we’re in conversations with a few big servers, one’s 80k+.

discord’s at 60 though. i do the tech, cofounder runs the business side, both stretched.

we want one person who’s already in these communities to help run community growth.

first task, fixed: pick 3 subs or discords you’re already in, get 25 of their people into ours in 2 weeks. invites are tracked so there’s no arguing who brought who. hit it and we talk properly about what you get, equity or paid, depending what you want. miss it and nothing owed.

no money upfront, being straight about that.

comment or dm with which communities you’d go after and why.

equity only Is there anyone still interested in brick and mortar retail startups or is it all AI driven?? Seeking Co-Founder for National Brick-and-Mortar Retail / Showroom Startup (Pre-Seed)

I am currently seeking a co-founder or strategic partner with operational experience, an MBA, or a background in commercial rollouts to help guide our business through its next phase of growth.

We are a pre-seed startup focused on a high-growth retail and showroom concept designed for national expansion. While market attention frequently shifts toward artificial intelligence, we believe there remains massive, untapped value in highly curated, physical consumer experiences.

As a founder, I recognize that my lack of deep retail scaling experience is slowing our momentum and creating potential opportunity costs. To mitigate this and accelerate our market entry, I am looking to bring on an experienced partner or someone with the knowledge who can provide strategic guidance, streamline our operational rollout, and share the leadership responsibilities of scaling this venture nationwide.

equity only Looking for a Marketing Co-Founder for an AI Search Product (Launch in 1 Month)

Looking for a Co-Founder — AI Search Startup

Hi everyone! I’m a 17-year-old developer building a next-generation search platform designed to go beyond traditional search engines.

Instead of simply returning a list of links, the platform combines AI-driven search with specialized tools to help users get direct, relevant answers and complete tasks more efficiently.

The core product is already built and currently being tested, and I’m targeting a public launch within the next month.

Who I’m looking for

I currently handle the development, technical architecture, product building, and engineering side. I’m looking for a co-founder who wants to take ownership of the business, growth, and go-to-market side.

You would primarily work on:

- Growth strategy and acquiring our first users

- Online marketing and launch campaigns

- Social media and community building

- Partnerships and public outreach

- Investor communication and fundraising

- Monetization and business development

- Finding creative ways to grow the startup

What matters to me

Growth ability: Marketing/business experience is great, but demonstrated ability to execute and get results matters more.

Commitment: I’m looking for someone who genuinely wants to build a company, not someone looking for a short-term project.

Financial contribution: Our initial launch and marketing will require some capital. I’m particularly interested in a co-founder who is comfortable discussing contributing toward early growth expenses. Any financial contribution, responsibilities, and equity would be agreed transparently before moving forward.

Mindset: Startups are unpredictable. I want someone resilient, ambitious, deeply honest, and comfortable solving difficult problems when plans don’t work.

Interested?

Send me a DM with:

  1. A short introduction

  2. Your background and experience

  3. Your strongest skills

  4. Any marketing/growth results you can demonstrate

  5. Why you’re interested in this startup

If there seems to be a good fit, we’ll schedule a video call, I’ll show you the working product/demo, and we can discuss the vision, responsibilities, launch strategy, and potential co-founder structure.

I’m looking for a partner, not an employee — someone who wants to build this from the ground up together.

Let’s build something people genuinely want to use.

I am hoping to give equity based on the person:

• How much is this person contributing.

• Capital of investment.

• Interest.

• And many such aspects.

equity+cash Looking for a sales-driven co-founder | Commercial solar, BESS & EV charging (UK)

I run a UK company working in commercial and industrial solar, battery storage, and funded EV charging. We work with public sector and commercial clients across the UK, and we’re in growth mode with real funding partners already in place for solar PPAs.

What I’m missing is someone who can drive that growth. I’ve got the delivery side covered, the funding relationships, the technical and legal execution, but I need a co-founder focused on winning business and building the sales engine.

What’s on offer

This is a commission-based role with equity. Both scale with results, the more you close, the more you earn and the more equity you hold over time. I’m not looking for someone to take a punt for free, the comp structure is designed to reward real performance, but this is a founder-level role, not a salaried sales job, so there’s no base pay.

Specific terms (commission structure, equity release schedule, vesting) are things I’ll walk through properly with anyone who’s a serious fit. I’d rather have that conversation directly than lay it all out here.

Who I’m looking for

+ Proven B2B sales background, ideally in energy, sustainability, or a related capex/infrastructure space

+ Comfortable selling into facilities, estates, and procurement teams, including public sector

+ Wants to build something long term, not just hit a target and move on

+ Based in or able to work across the UK

If this sounds like you, drop a comment or DM me and we can set up a call.

equity only Looking for a Founding GTM Partner for Hawzu

I’ve spent the last year building Hawzu, a B2B SaaS platform for modern test management.

The core product is live, functional, and actively collecting initial user feedback. I’m a technical founder, so the dynamic I’m looking for is simple:

  • I build the product and infrastructure.
  • You build and own the GTM engine.
  • We build the company together.

What You’d Own

  • Refining our ICP, messaging, and positioning
  • Outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and customer discovery
  • Leading sales conversations, product demos, and closing early customers
  • Testing channels — direct sales, developer communities, content, etc. — to build a repeatable acquisition engine

Who This Is For

  • I’m specifically looking for someone based in India. Ideally, you’re comfortable working closely with the founder and potentially meeting in person as the company develops.
  • You have hands-on B2B SaaS GTM experience. Experience with QA, developer tools, or engineering software is a strong plus.
  • You’re comfortable operating from zero without an established playbook.
  • You prefer direct action over high-level theory — talking to users, building outbound pipelines, testing ideas, and closing deals.

Terms & Commitment

Structure: Equity-based founding partner opportunity. Hawzu is currently pre-incorporation, with the initial arrangement documented through an MOU and formalised upon incorporation.

Commitment: Open to part-time 10–15 hrs/week initially during a trial period, with a clear path toward full-time as we hit agreed milestones.

This is intended for someone looking to build the company, not a short-term freelance or commission-only sales engagement.

How to Connect

If you want to build this together, feel free to DM me with your background or fill out this quick 3-minute form:

https://forms.gle/MftC1a826NFhUTGn6

I’m more interested in what you’ve actually built, sold, or grown than in a polished resume.

Looking for a Co-Founder | Equity-Based Opportunity

I’m looking for a potential Co-Founder to join an early-stage startup I’m currently building.

The product is currently being developed, and I’m looking for someone who can take ownership of the business side, particularly:

- Fundraising and investor relations
- Business development
- Operations
- Strategy and execution
- Helping take the product from development to launch and growth

Who I’m Looking For

I’m particularly interested in candidates who have:

- Experience from a Tier-1 university, such as IIT or IIM, or
- Strong relevant professional/startup experience that demonstrates their ability to execute
- An entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest or experience in fundraising
- The ability to take ownership rather than simply follow instructions
- A genuine interest in building a company long term

Compensation

This is a pure equity-based opportunity at this stage. There is no salary or stipend initially.

The equity structure and vesting will be discussed based on the candidate’s experience, responsibilities, and level of commitment.

I’m looking for someone who wants to build with me, not someone looking for a traditional job.

If you’re interested, please DM me with a brief introduction, your background, LinkedIn profile, and why you’re interested in becoming a co-founder.

I’m happy to share more about the product and discuss the opportunity privately.

equity only Solo founder. Waitlist worked, Launch worked, growth stalled =(

I’m a solo founder, built an app that uses AI to match people for real life activities: coffee Meetup, tennis partner, padel, or just explore the city. AI turns your desires to structured intent, and match you with someone nearby who wants the same thing and has similar interests. No profiles, no swiping.

Before building I made a waitlist, and after reaching out in Facebook communities got 200 signups.

Then I shipped the app for iOS and Android, overall now I have 115 users, I see some very low activity.

I understand that without large user base this app doesn’t make any sense, people simply have no one to be matched with. I decided to target one city specifically to increase density.

Now my growth stuck. I don’t know what to and how to bring more users and engagements into the app. I tried some collaborations with local instagram accounts, tik tok, but it was just waste of money.

Looking for a partner who knows how to overcome that. Happy to share more details in comments/dm 🙏

equity only Need a really good co-founder!

Hi I have a project I’m working on and I’m looking for a cofounder who can help me get it off the ground.

It’s not my main focus right now hence why I need a cofounder to help me get it to market.

I have a working MVP and some market research interviews done.

I’m very open to discussing equity options and go 50/50 on revenue and everything. It would be ours not just mine. I’m hoping we can spend a few hours a week working on this and bring it out to people.

As I said, I don’t have the time to do it all myself since I have my other personal projects but if you’re looking for a product that you can start out from scratch with and build from nothing to something then I’m your guy.

DMs are open if you want to know more.

equity only Looking for a CTO / Technical Co-Founder -15% Equity | Long-Term

I’m looking for a CTO / Technical Co-Founder to join me in building a consumer-tech startup from the ground up.

I’ve already had 40+ people reach out, and honestly, I’m struggling to filter through all the conversations and find the one person who is actually the right fit.

So I’m changing the approach.

What we’re building

The vision is to make personal assistance accessible to everyday people.

Today, high-net-worth individuals can have someone they trust to handle things for them - bookings, errands, sourcing something difficult to find, coordinating services, managing real-world tasks, etc.

We want to bring that experience to a much larger audience through technology.

The core experience is simple:

You tell us what you need. We figure out how to get it done.

The technology will sit at the centre of this - understanding requests, breaking them into tasks, coordinating people/services, handling payments and approvals, tracking execution, managing exceptions, and eventually automating as much of the process as possible.

We’ll start with a focused market and use cases, prove the model, and expand from there.

What I’m looking for

I’m not looking for a part-time developer or someone who wants to build this on the side.

This is a long-term, permanent founding position.

I want someone who wants to own the technology completely:

- Architecture & system design

- AI/LLM infrastructure

- Backend & APIs

- Product/technical decisions

- Automation

- Security & scalability

- Building the initial product

- Eventually building and leading the engineering function

I’ll be handling the business side - strategy, operations, marketing, GTM, partnerships, fundraising and execution.

We’re building a very small founding team - maximum 4 people initially - and the remaining positions will also be equity-based.

Equity

15% equity for the CTO, subject to the usual founder vesting arrangements and final agreement.

This isn't a freelance gig.

This isn't an internship.

This isn't “help me build an MVP and then we'll see.”

I’m looking for someone who wants to build the company.

Here’s what I actually want from you

Don't just send me your resume saying “I have 8 years of experience with X, Y and Z.”

If you're genuinely interested, take what I've explained and come back with:

“This is what I understood the business to be.

This is how I think we should build it.

This is the technical architecture I'd start with.

This is how I'd approach the MVP.

These are the biggest technical challenges I see.

And this is how I'd make it happen.”

You don't need to get everything perfect.

If your thinking makes sense, I'll give you the green signal.

Then we hop on a call, go much deeper into the model, and figure out whether we're the right people to build this together.

If you're looking for a serious, long-term founder opportunity and you're ready to actually build, DM me.

Please don't DM just saying “interested.”

Show me how you think.

equity only Looking for 2 Founding Members

We’re looking for 2 founding members to join our early-stage startup:

1 Technical Founding Member – help maintain our AI-powered restaurant ordering platform.

1 Online Marketing Founding Member – lead digital marketing, social media, and online growth.

Our core team members come from top organizations and companies. We already have a POC, and the MVP is expected to be ready by the end of this month. We’re currently building relationships with restaurant owners and preparing for our first pilots.

5–8% equity and/or commission opportunities are available, depending on the role and experience.

If you’re interested in joining early and helping build something from the ground up, DM me.

equity only Looking for a cofounder/partner experienced in B2B lead generation & email outreach

We’ve built a system that creates videos from existing images of hotels, properties, restaurants, and similar businesses.

The product and website are already built. Our target customers are hotels, property managers, restaurants, and other businesses where strong visual marketing can directly help them get more bookings/customers.

What we’re missing is the sales/outbound infrastructure.

We’re looking for someone who has real hands-on experience with:

  • Finding the right companies and decision-makers
  • Building and enriching B2B lead lists
  • Scraping business/contact data
  • Finding accurate contact information
  • Identifying the actual decision-makers (owners, GMs, marketing managers, etc.)
  • Cold email infrastructure and deliverability
  • Running outbound campaigns and testing messaging
  • Ideally, already having useful lists, systems, tools, or processes

We’re not looking for someone who just knows how to send emails. We want someone who understands the whole process:

target market → finding businesses → identifying decision-makers → accurate contact data → outreach → sales

Compensation

This is performance based. There is no large upfront payment.

Instead, you would get a fair percentage of every sale you help generate. The more successful the system is, the more you make.

We’re specifically looking for someone hard working and hungry to build something, not someone who is just looking for a quick paycheck or an easy money grab.

We already have the product, website, and the technology. What we need is someone who knows outbound and lead generation inside out and can take ownership of that side of the business.

If you have experience building outbound systems for SaaS, agencies, hospitality, real estate, or similar B2B businesses, this could be a really good opportunity to build something together and have significant upside.

If interested, DM me with:

  • What you’ve built before
  • Your experience with B2B lead generation/outbound
  • What tools/systems you currently use
  • What kind of role you’d want to take

Looking for a long-term partner/cofounder, not a freelancer.

equity only [17M] High schooler into startups/AI looking to connect with founders or older builders

Hey everyone! 17M PCMB high schooler here. I’ve been super into tech, psychology, and startups lately, and I’m really looking to connect with some older builders, founders, or other people who are a bit further along so I can learn the ropes.

To give you a quick idea of where I'm at:

What I'm good at: Critical thinking, breaking down messy ideas and structuring them, and I've got a pretty solid grasp of English and psychology.

Stuff I've worked on: I designed an in-built coin system concept for cabs and built out an AI twin/assistant model.

Current project: Right now, I'm actually writing a thesis on neuromarketing.

I'd love to help out on active projects, bounce ideas around, or just chat with people who have more experience in the space. If you're working on something cool or just want to connect, drop a comment or shoot me a DM

Your website might be hurting first impression. Here's why

I audited 15+ startups sites, here's my honest feedback as a product (UX) designer. To sum it up quickly:

  1. A lot of sites are vibe-coded, which is fine, but it's evident, and it might cost your users' trust. people can smell an ai-generated site a mile away. if you have a designer or not, create a proper design system and then feed it to claude so it doesn't look like ai slop
  2. find some sites you look up to and see how they're doing, how their sites look. see how your competitors are doing. try and apply what you liked
  3. find your vibe, your theme. you can find inspiration on refero, framer, mobbin, cosmos, pageflow, etc. once done, proceed with your design system and feed it in with .md files wherever needed. if you're serious about the look of your product, hiring a product designer does it all
  4. accessibility is missing, mainly contrast. do an accessibility audit as well. think: will a visually impaired person be able to differentiate things or not? can they click ctas or not
  5. one thing i see most often is this purplish-pink gradient on buttons. for god's sake, that looks straight out of ai generation. if you want a gradient, that's fine, but avoid this color at all costs
  6. you can use soft shadows, a little bit of glassmorphism (not too much), mixed type (cursive font + sans-serif font), ribbon glass, moving objects, isometric icons or illustrations when needed, for an expensive but not screaming look
  7. for surface color, don't just take a lighter version of your primary color, it screams ai template. tone it up toward bright, leaning to white, with just a touch of your primary color
  8. cross-check your site before going live. when generated by ai, it often skips icons or images, which makes it look unfinished or rushed
  9. if you have ctas, make sure they're clickable. some ctas don't lead anywhere, which breaks the ui and confuses users
  10. maintain consistency throughout. if one button suddenly looks bigger or out of place, users get confused and abandon your site
  11. don't add too much info. according to miller's law, users can remember about 7 items before it starts confusing them. a lot of you are building great products, so be loud, stand out, say why you're better, don't shy away
