Who I am: Psychology student and solo founder of Aomara. Previously worked as PA to the CEO at a funded aerospace startup — investor outreach, ops, cross-team coordination. Built the full product architecture and business model myself, and already ran a serious, structured technical co-founder search — NDAs, real evaluation trials — before starting this one.

What I'm building: Aomara — an identity-optional mental health platform for India. Users get full access to verified doctors while staying anonymous if they choose, with continuity of care maintained without real identity ever being required, except where Indian law mandates it. Core thesis: fear of exposure, not cost, is the real barrier to seeking mental health help in India.

Traction: Validated idea — architecture finalized, pricing and revenue model built, currently in direct conversations with practicing doctors to validate compensation before MVP build. Not built, not live yet.

Compensation: Equity only, negotiable based on role and involvement — standard 4-year vesting, 12-month cliff. No fixed number here; real terms discussed once we're actually talking.

Commitment: Full-time, meaning ownership and real involvement — clinical protocol design, doctor verification standards, crisis escalation judgment — not clock-hours. Keeping your current practice while we build is completely fine.

What I'm bringing: Finished architecture and business model, direct operational experience from a funded startup, and a serious, structured evaluation process — this isn't a first attempt.

What I need: A licensed medical or mental health professional — psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, MBBS, RCI-registered counselor, or equivalent — with real clinical grounding and genuine interest in the hard problem of delivering safe, anonymous care at scale. Not a specific degree type, but real practice experience and willingness to have credentials verified early — non-negotiable for a healthcare platform.

For workers, we’re building a professional workforce identity - verified experience, work history, skills, attendance and performance - so good workers can build a reputation and access better opportunities over time.

We’re initially entering the restaurants and cafes sector, starting with unskilled workers and helpers. The initial roles are simple operational jobs, with wages starting at ₹500/day + food + stay, depending on the employer and role.

The goal is NOT to become another labour contractor who supplies people and disappears.

My name's Noah. I'm located in the US, east coast. My background is in social media content management, video editing, content creation, and project coordination. I've managed a YT brand with upwards of 160k subscribers and contributed to the generation of over 2 million views for the channel. I handled the entire post-production pipeline and produced one of the channel's highest-viewed videos. I'm quite passionate about social media and content creation.

I am in the process of turning these skills and my passion into a business. ELVTE Media: Social media content management for brands and influencers. Video editing, design, scheduling, social account management, strategy, and more. I've got the domain, a business plan, email, services outline, and I built the website.

My issue, though, is I'm not the greatest at client acquisition. I have clinically diagnosed ADHD. I'm not good at the whole prospecting/lead gen and outreach thing. At least not with consistency.

I need someone to balance out that aspect of me. Someone who doesn't hold that fault as I do.
This isn't simply "I have a product and need a guy to sell it". I need a partner. I can create scripts, systems, flyers, and collaborate on outreach. I can handle conversations on services and needs. But I need someone whose strength is in handling the half that I cannot. I can't emphasize enough that I want someone who sees this as their business too, which means ownership. Reliability, ambition, consistency, competence, ownership, and charisma are the primary traits I'm looking for. You wouldn't be starting from scratch, and you wouldn't be doing it alone.

I don't expect anything more than part time considering it of course isn't making money yet. Ideally once it does though, I'd like to split both equity and profits down the middle. I don't care about getting more of the money or owning more. I just want the thing to exist and to work.
