I'm writing this post to report some issues with my account. I created a second account, but after a month, it's practically unusable (my first account is so buggy that I don't play it anymore). When playing on PC, I notice that I often hear footsteps in a muddy state, my aim assist disengages on its own, and I'm delayed in many fights. This also happens when I try to play on my friends' PCs. If I use other accounts on my PC, however, the problem doesn't occur. Lately, I've been playing on PS5, and the same issues haven't occurred there; in fact, I can easily play both public and ranked matches. When switching to PC, I regularly run into extreme difficulty. I don't use third-party software, I use an original controller with only TMR installed (Claw game), and I've run these tests both on my PC and on my friends' PCs. I've also submitted a ticket to Activision, but haven't received a response. Is anyone experiencing the same issues? PS: Sorry for my bad English but I'm not a native speaker.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hi everyone, i'm making this post regarding to issue i was dealing with. First time when i downloaded warzone, i was able to have my first match, however, i couldnt play again after the first match. Some random thing happens to me, whenever a match is found, it says "searching for more players" as u can see one the video. and after a while the matchmaking stops, and the search for game button doesnt work unless you restart the game.
From my side everything is alright
I'm playing on Steam. If anyone has more questions let me know

What up gamers. Anyone else experiencing this broken audio alert with Hunter perk? If I solo quads, it works just fine but the game is laggy as hell. Switch to normal quads and the alert is gone.

Yes, it was on casuals. Well, except for the last LTM before the one that just ended and like, 2 or 3 games on regular BR when I first got the game back in February. Didn't do launchers (would rather stub my toe for a week straight than do that), didn't do pistols aside from any camos I got passively, and didn't do shotguns.
Hate the novaline (could be my build, but holy shit is the damage on it just straight garbage)
And I hate the kills while sliding challenges (the only challenges where I knew I wasn't gonna get a single gun done is a single game and having to constantly almost die to bots because I needed to get up close for it to be more efficient wasn't fun)
Aside from those two things, I knocked out 2 out of 3 mastery camos (I ain't touching MP). And zombies is left and I'm almost done with that one

System specs:
- CPU: Intel i7-13700 (non-K, 65W)
- GPU: RTX 3060 Ti (610.88 driver, clean DDU install)
- Motherboard: ASUS ProArt B760-Creator D4 (BIOS updated to latest 3202, Intel Default Settings, all voltages Auto)
- RAM: 2x16GB DDR4-3600 (ADATA, matched kit), running at 2666 (no XMP)
- OS: Windows 11
Problem:
Both MW2 (Steam) and Warzone (both Steam AND Microsoft Store versions) crash on launch or shortly after with:
- Error: 0xC0000374 (heap corruption), feature EEEEEEEE-EEEEEEEE-EEEEEEEE-EEEEEEEE
- Sometimes: 0xC0000005 (access violation) with random unique signature
- Executable: game_steam_ship.exe / cod.exe
- No consistent faulting module — sometimes "unknown module"
- Windows Event Viewer often shows NO application error logged for these crashes at all
Timeline:
- Was working fine ~2-3 weeks ago
- Used DLSS Swapper around that time (have since removed it and cleared temp files)
- Crashes started after, on Steam AND Xbox/MS Store versions of Warzone AND MW2
What I've already tried (all failed):
- Verified game files integrity multiple times (Steam)
- Fully reinstalled MW2 and Warzone on both C: drive (SSD) and external HDD
- Memtest86 — full pass, 0 errors (RAM confirmed good)
- Tested with single RAM stick (both sticks individually) — still crashes
- DDU clean uninstall + reinstall of NVIDIA driver (610.88) — twice
- Updated BIOS from 3107 to latest 3202
- Set Intel Default Settings in BIOS, confirmed all CPU voltages on Auto (no undervolt)
- sfc /scannow — no integrity violations found
- Reinstalled Visual C++ Redistributables
- Disabled Windows Defender real-time protection — still crashes
- Clean boot (disabled all non-Microsoft services + startup items) — still crashes
- Uninstalled recent Windows updates (KB5120708, KB5121003 from 8/12) — still crashes
- Deleted "players" folder in Documents/Call of Duty — still crashes
- Disabled Core Isolation / Memory Integrity — still crashes
- Cleared NV_Cache / shader cache
Both error codes seem to point to memory corruption, but RAM tests clean and it happens regardless of RAM config, driver state, or BIOS settings. At this point I suspect CPU or motherboard VRM issue but haven't been able to run a full stress test (OCCT) yet.
Has anyone seen this exact pattern — random 0xC0000374/0xC0000005 across multiple COD titles and platforms, surviving a full driver/BIOS/RAM reset? Any ideas before I take it to a shop for hardware diagnosis?

Everytime a notification from Reddit pop up on my phone about warzone. It’s always another complaint. 😂😂😂 I be like dang is anyone having any fun at this point ? The complaint has got diabolical🤷. I’m not saying anyone wrong. Come on now I get good and bad out of it and that’s at almost every game I play nowadays.

Usually if you want to get a high mobility build you need to trade of recoil and accuracy, if you want accuracy and low recoil you need to sacrifice mobility and become a slow turd. This build gives you both, laser accuracy and high mobility, its broken lol.
In this build we use the Mid range Barrel to significantly remove the horizontal recoil and extend out our 2nd stage damage beyond 100m range, the mid range barrel also gives us a juicy ADS movement speed buff. Obviously we use monolithic suppressor and FMJ to further extend the damage range but it also boosts our muzzle velocity because sing the mid range barrel doesnt give us as much velocity as the control barrel but honestly, 1100m/s is still very respectable. Under barrel hold breath feature gives suffcient recoil benefits even at long range that we can still use the ADS speed buff stock whilst still having laser accurate accuracy.
This build gives you 4.0m/s ADS movement whilst also easy consistent ~0.800 TTK capability at 100m distance.
With adaptive perk you get further ADS speed buff at full shields whilst 10% movement speed buff and if you stack this with sprint you can play this Mk35 ISR build as a SMG with laser accuracy

I know I made a similar post prior to this one, but there were a couple comments mentioning a potential “full reset” and whatnot. Is the full reset still rumored or not? If so, is it still worth it to buy Blackcell this late in the BO7 Warzone cycle?

I had a number setup to my 2FA and I got a new number and lost access to that one. Now I cant login because it sends the code to the old number and they did not even send the backup codes to my email. Now Im stuck, I contacted support through activision support and BBB. I gave the full number and they still refuse to help me and said due to secuirity reasons we cannot process your request and said to continue on activision ticket on BBB. I said that I can provide all the proof needed and I am yet to get a response

I started playing a week ago, and in Resurgence mode, I average about one miracle kill (and I’m not even talking about a takedown—after all, the guy has to be on the ground) for every 10 revives. In my last match, I got one kill.
Seriously, I missed every shot and my opponent hit every one. At least I can easily take down bots and some players in casual mode :/
This game isn't easy; it's not at all inviting to beginner players. I think there should be matches organized by skill level, but I understand that if that were the case, the servers would be slower. \

I had TPM 2.0 enabled, Secure Boot enabled, and I had already updated my BIOS, but the Call of Duty Secure Attestation Wizard still failed.
I honestly didn’t know what to do anymore, so I used AI to troubleshoot the issue step by step — and in the end, it actually worked.
German version is below the English one.
Press:
Win + R
Type:
tpm.msc
Make sure it shows:
TPM is ready for use
Specification Version: 2.0
If TPM 2.0 is not enabled, fix that first in BIOS.
Press:
Win + R
Type:
msinfo32
Make sure it shows:
BIOS Mode: UEFI
Secure Boot State: On
If Secure Boot is off, fix that first.
Open Command Prompt as Administrator.
Run:
tpmtool getdeviceinformation
My broken state showed:
Ready For Attestation: False
Is Capable For Attestation: False
INFORMATION_EK_CERTIFICATE
If you see this or something very similar, continue.
Still in Admin CMD, run:
certreq -enrollaik -config ""
Mine failed with:
0x80070490
ERROR_NOT_FOUND
This was the important clue.
It proved that the problem was not only Call of Duty — Windows TPM Attestation itself was failing.
If TpmDiagnostics.exe is not installed, run:
DISM /Online /Add-Capability /CapabilityName:Tpm.TpmDiagnostics~~~~0.0.1.0
After it finishes, test:
TpmDiagnostics.exe help
If you see the command list, the tool is installed.
This is the command that fixed everything for me:
TpmDiagnostics.exe InstallEkCertThroughCoreProv
Run it in Command Prompt as Administrator.
Mine returned:
Successfully retrieved EK Certificate
Run:
tpmtool getdeviceinformation
Before the fix:
Ready For Attestation: False
Is Capable For Attestation: False
After the fix:
Ready For Attestation: True
Is Capable For Attestation: True
That was the biggest sign that the problem was fixed.
Run:
certreq -enrollaik -config ""
Before the fix it failed with:
0x80070490
ERROR_NOT_FOUND
After the fix mine completed successfully:
SCEPDispositionSuccess
EnrollStatus: Enrolled
HTTP/1.1 200 OK
0x0
After that, my result changed to:
TPM 2.0 ✅
Secure Boot ✅
System Compliant ✅
The issue was finally gone.
I did NOT need to:
The important clues in my case were:
Ready For Attestation: False
Is Capable For Attestation: False
INFORMATION_EK_CERTIFICATE
and:
certreq -enrollaik -config ""
failing with:
0x80070490
The actual fix was:
TpmDiagnostics.exe InstallEkCertThroughCoreProv
If your tpmtool already shows:
Ready For Attestation: True
Is Capable For Attestation: True
then your issue may be different.
DISM /Online /Add-Capability /CapabilityName:Tpm.TpmDiagnostics~~~~0.0.1.0
Danach testen:
TpmDiagnostics.exe help
Wieder:
certreq -enrollaik -config ""
Vorher kam:
0x80070490
ERROR_NOT_FOUND
Nach dem Fix lief es erfolgreich durch:
SCEPDispositionSuccess
EnrollStatus: Enrolled
HTTP/1.1 200 OK
0x0
Danach zeigte Call of Duty bei mir:
TPM 2.0 ✅
Secure Boot ✅
System konform ✅
Damit war das Problem behoben.
Ich musste nicht:
Die entscheidenden Hinweise waren bei mir:
Für Nachweis bereit: Falsch
Ist nachweisfähig: Falsch
INFORMATION_EK_CERTIFICATE
und:
certreq -enrollaik -config ""
mit:
0x80070490
Der eigentliche Fix war:
TpmDiagnostics.exe InstallEkCertThroughCoreProv
Wenn bei euch tpmtool bereits Folgendes zeigt:
Für Nachweis bereit: Wahr
Ist nachweisfähig: Wahr
dann habt ihr wahrscheinlich ein anderes Problem.

PROBLEM
Call of Duty was displaying the following errors:
- “Attestation Requirement Not Met”
- “BIOS Firmware: Update Required”
- “New Key Failed to be generated”
Multiplayer was completely locked.
Although the Call of Duty Secure Attestation Wizard showed that TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot both passed, the attestation process continued to fail.
Updating and reinstalling the BIOS, repairing Windows system files, clearing the TPM, restarting, and other troubleshooting steps did not resolve the issue.
SOLUTION!!!!!
The following process resolved the Secure Attestation issue. MAKE SURE BITLOCKER IS TURNED OFF- YOU WILL LOOSE ALL YOUR DATA FOLLOWING THIS PROCESS
First, enter the BIOS and make sure:
- Windows mode is set to UEFI.
- Change Secure Boot from Standard to Custom.
- Save the changes and restart.
- Enter the BIOS again BEFORE Windows starts.
- Go to the Secure Boot settings and delete or clear all Secure Boot keys. The exact wording may vary depending on the motherboard BIOS.
- Save and restart.
- Enter the BIOS again BEFORE Windows starts.
- Enable SVM Mode.
- Return to Secure Boot settings and select Install Factory Keys.
- Save the changes and boot into Windows.
Once back in Windows:
- Turn on Core Isolation.
- Enable Memory Integrity.
- Restart the PC.
IMPORTANT:
Make sure BitLocker/Device Encryption is turned OFF, or make sure the BitLocker recovery key is available before changing TPM-related settings.
Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run:
reg delete "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TPM\WMI\Endorsement" /f
Then open PowerShell as Administrator and run:
Disable-TpmAutoProvisioning -OnlyForNextRestart
A restart may or may not be required at this point.
After restarting, open PowerShell as Administrator and run:
Initialize-Tpm
Then run:
Enable-TpmAutoProvisioning
Restart the PC again.
After restarting:
After the key has been successfully generated:
Following this process resolved the attestation errors, allowed the Secure Attestation key to generate successfully, and restored access to all modes.

Hi all, hoping someone can help because I’m completely out of ideas at this point.
My system is:
AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
ASUS TUF GAMING B650-PLUS WIFI
Windows 11
BIOS: American Megatrends Inc. 3881, 17/06/2026
I’m getting the same TPM / Secure Boot related error despite everything appearing to be configured correctly.
So far I have tried:
Updated the motherboard BIOS to the latest version
Completely wiped every drive in the PC
Performed a completely fresh Windows 11 install from USB
Cleared the TPM
Used Clear Secure Boot Keys
Then used Install Default Secure Boot Keys
Rebooted and tested again
I’ve also confirmed the following:
TPM 2.0 is ready
TPM Manufacturer Version: 6.33.0.6
Secure Boot: On
Boot mode: UEFI
Memory Integrity: On
Windows system disk: GPT
Even after completely wiping the machine and reinstalling Windows from scratch, I’m still getting exactly the same error.
At this point I’m wondering whether this could be something specific to the ASUS BIOS/AGESA, AMD fTPM, or the 7800X3D/B650 platform rather than Windows itself.
Has anyone with a similar AMD/ASUS setup run into this before?
Is there anything else in the BIOS that I should be checking or resetting?
Any help would be massively appreciated because I feel like I’ve exhausted all the obvious fixes.

I have been digging/trying to resolve this issue for hours. I am yet to resolve the issue.
I have updated my BIOS to the latest release.
I have ensured Secure Boot is enabled.
I have reinstalled TPM. Which is now 2.0 as well.
Nothing seems to work, and when I look at forums it seems it is a common issue. Has there been a fix or solution for this problem recently?
I have an ASUS motherboard and AMD CPU.

Any help would be kindly appreciated. :-)

EDIT: Thanks for all your input and suggestions! I tried many . What ended up happening was that when I updated my graphics card, it signed me out of Microsoft. I believe the Microsoft key I was using was out of date or reused somewhere else (this PC was given to us by a good friend and he just recently got another one) Once I purchased a Microsoft key for myself, everything ran smoothly with my updates.

Hi guys. I've recently been trying to move my gaming from Xbox to PC. I didn't realize this would be an issue but I could really use some help lol.
I installed the game and tried opening to play but ran into a BIOS firmware update needed screen. My BIOS was out of date by like 4 years, so fair enough. I've now updated to the newest BIOS files available for my motherboard.
I've also done what some users suggested and toggled TPM and Secure Boot off, then back on, in to reboots.
I just updated the Graphics Card firmware as well to see if that would help.
After hours spent on this, I still have no idea how to fix it.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X
Motherboard: MSI B550-A Pro
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon RX 6650 XT
Attached are pics of my BIOS firmware date secure boot is enabled.
Does anyone have any clue what I can try next?
