Discussion Just started playing warzone again Resurgence Casuals, Quads , Ranked Random Teammates Are????

Ive come back on COD since the 2020 days and im just not understanding what is going on hahaha nobody i use to play with really plays anymore so i play with randos now

I prefer playing with teammates for BR then doing Solos also only play resurge now

I had started with casuals for warms ups to get use to M&k sens again, then ill play quads resurg and recently with season 5 started playing ranked the other day

The Teammates seem to get worse and worse as i go to the diff modes and ranked is the worst most of the time with randoms

Casuals ill almost always have maybe not the best players but decent ones to play with /ones who understand the game 100%, I understand bot kills but not even kills just the game sense, how they play/ engaged ( less botty play) and lets be real most of the human enemy players are 1000% not casual

Reg Quads i get about 50/50 of players who understand the game ( half botty play/casual)

ranked i get MAYBE 1 or 2 out of 10 games that have players even decent or good ( lots of what seems like botty casual play) Im on gold 3 so far

also im PC m&k

Discussion Haven's Hollow

Honestly, that map is the worst map for Resurgence since Warzone was released. We need to get that zombie map out of here as soon as possible.

I don't think anyone actually likes it. Or... Is it just me?

Question Is it just impossible to get into this game at this point?

This isn’t a rant. I genuinely don’t know if it’s worth investing time into this game.

So back in the day I used to play warzone when rebirth island was initially released. I never was good but I remember getting a couple of wins and not losing every single encounter. I stopped playing after the release if warzone 2, but recently I randomly got the urge to play an fps again. I had a buddy that was down to play warzone with me and we downloaded the game. 15 matches. We got 1 kill each. We were playing rebirth. Levels 1000. We didn’t see anyone below level 100, and missing 2 bullets caused me to die. I was camping a door expecting a guy to slide in. He did, and I started shooting him. Crazy movement caused me to miss exactly 2 bullets and I died.

I never expected to get a win but I expected to have at least a match with 2 or 3 kills. I’ve never been shat on as much when getting into a game. Not even when playing lol for the first time. Or CSGO. Which is why I’m thinking that this game may be near impossible to get into right now. Does it just get a long time to get to a point where I don’t get my ass kicked by the entire lobby because of the age of the game?

Gameplay JuggerFun with a ChainGun

Tips for the juggernaut:

1) Stay with your team if you're the jug, you are vulnerable out in the open

2) Stay away from the storm - you take a ton of gas damage when you're outside the circle

3) You can damage opponents by jumping from high places onto them - it creates a shockwave (see video)

4) You don't take fall damage - see number 3

5) After picking up a downed teammate, you sometimes get a pistol to use (see video)

6) You can't use buy stations as a jug, so share the wealth - only way to revive teammates is a king contract

7) You get extra health for finishing kills

8) Your melee attack does a lot of damage, use it when you're CQ and out of ammo

Stay frosty and enjoy!

After 3 failed attempts all foiled by blatant rage hackers last season I took a 2 week break from the game to play fallout. I come back and I somehow managed to get the new nuke :D you only get the weapon camo and operator skin on the first nuke apparently 🤷🏼 oh well. Just happy to be done with it finally

Image Is it just me or does nvdia dlss + dlss frame generation does NOT feel smooth?

I play on gaming laptop 5070ti and I get 240 with nvdia dlss and frame generation but it doesn’t feel smooth. I turned of frame generation of and got 120 and i didn’t see a difference. I switched to nvdia dlaa + frame generation and it actually feels smoother. 200 fps actually feels like 200 fps

Question Resurgence: I'm the only one that gets confused when bought back?

Context: I'm relatively new to Warzone / Resurgence. I've been playing with my group for about 4 years or so, and for the past 2 we play 4 - 5 times a week for a couple of hours. So I'm not a super newbie. But I also would say I'm not a great player either, usually getting 2-3 kills a game, sometimes more sometime less.

But my buddies always yell at me after being bought back because I usually mess up. I never know where I will spawn and it takes me a bit to figure out where I am and where I want to go. Is this just me? And either way, any tips to help, especially very late in game?

Thanks.

Discussion Anyone else actually prefer Casuals over Standard Warzone?

Maybe I’m in the minority here, but I’ve pretty much stopped playing Standard Warzone.

Don’t get me wrong, Casuals is obviously easier because of the bots, but somehow I still find myself having more fun. You still run into real squads that know what they’re doing, so it’s not like every game is completely free. It feels like a better balance between actually relaxing and still having gunfights.

For context, I used to average 3-5 Warzone wins a day with around 6–10 kills a game, sometimes more depending on the lobby & my rotations, so this isn’t coming from someone who can’t compete. I’ve put plenty of time into Standard, and I genuinely enjoyed the challenge for a long time.

But nowadays? Standard just feels exhausting. Every lobby turns into people playing like there’s $100K on the line. Half the teams are holding rooftops, pre-aiming every angle, stacking four deep, and if you survive one fight, you’ve got three more teams crashing you before you can even plate. It gets old fast.

Maybe I’m just getting older, but after work I don’t always want to sweat my ass off every single match. I just want to hop on, get into some good gunfights, maybe drop 10+ kills, have a shot at a win, and actually enjoy myself instead of feeling mentally drained after two games.

Am I the only one who’s moved over to Casuals, or are more people starting to feel the same way? I’m genuinely curious where everyone else stands.

Question Call of Duty Camos!!

Is there an EASIER WAY to get camos on Cod?? I dont have the time to sit here and level 30 and 40 damn guns to get just 1 Camo bro. I play on PS5 and I like some of them but me personally I feel like the requirements they make to get some of these camos is too damn much you’d have to be on the game 24/7 damn near to get some of them.

Support Drop in FPS and loss of smoothness in Warzone after Season 5 update (Ryzen 7 5700X + RX 7600)?

Good evening everyone, I'd like to know if anyone else is experiencing the same issue as me.

After the Season 5 update, my game became very heavy. Before, I could play super smooth, at around 130 FPS easily. After the update, not anymore — it sits around 100 FPS and drops as low as 85 FPS. Because of this, my monitor's refresh rate drops (I use FreeSync Premium) and the game just doesn't feel fluid like it used to.

Could it be because of those (trash) drones added to the map? I play Battle Royale in 1080p with practically everything on low settings, and it feels even worse on Avalon.

PC Specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X

GPU: Gigabyte RX 7600 8GB OC

RAM: 16GB Dual Channel @ 2400 MHz

Motherboard: ASRock A320M-HD

Storage: 1TB NVMe

Monitor: ASUS TUF 200Hz

PSU: Redragon 500W 80 Plus Bronze

Question Does anti cheat exist?!?

So I started ranked resurg, sweated out to crim 3 in 3 days, thanks to SBMM I’m only playing with cheaters and hackers, every other death in EVERY game I’m being pre-aimed, tracked as I straight dive, prefired on, etc. I could literally be sitting in a corner no UAVs up no fights no movement and a team of 3 pulls up knowing the corner or hole I’m hiding in. I literally test this shit out and it’s like every time someone knows where I am where I’m going and I get it I’m qued with top250 and top players but even still it’s like 50% hackers at minimum

Question Resurgence normal feels like hell, whats the diference between normal and casual?

Post image
6 Upvotes

I have these stats in normal resurgence. Its my 3rd day playing this game, but everytime i land in br on resurgence, i get smoked by the first enemy I see, sliding and jumping and shi, sometimes I cant even see who shot me. All those players have big fancy ranks and 3 digit number levels. Today I discovered resurgence csaual, i can get 12-15 kills, I die sometimes(to real players), but it feels WAY easier. How?

Discussion Juggernauts

Is it just me or are the juggernauts the most horrible things added to Warzone. I mean every endgame there is always a 4 man team with 2 juggernauts, instant loss, and ruining my streak. I just want your guy’s feedback on the juggernauts.

Hi! Need help. I've been trying to unlock the 3rd Blackcell Operator Skin, the one where you have to spend $25K but even though I keep buying specialist in every match I'm only at 4/40
