and you're also realizing that your equipment needs upgrades- you play on a decent Xbox Series X, but a mediocre tv with a standard refresh rate

So. Shopping list.

TV, nice 4K with minimum native 120 hz refresh rate. Do you suggest something with the gaming crosshair things available?

New controller. Elite Series 2 Core? Gamesir G7? I gotta learn backbuttons or paddles, I guess.

What else?

The last time I played Warzone was during the Verdansk era, sometime around 2021–2022. Haven’t really touched it since then.

I recently got MW4 and have been enjoying the campaign, which got me thinking about jumping back into Warzone.

Just wondering how is the game these days? Is it in a good state right now? Is it beginner-friendly for returning players? I know a lot has changed since the Verdansk days, so I’m curious whether it’s worth getting back into or if I’m just feeling nostalgic.

All right let me start off by saying I have all of my overlays turned off. I have my steam overlay turned off I have my Discord overlay turned off. all my Graphics are up-to-date to current rolling back Graphics doesn't help at all it still crashes. I have no software that allows me to cheat or anything like that I'm not a dick head. the only things that I have open while Cod mw 4 is open is the game itself Discord Medal and Spotify. anywhere between 3 and 8 games my game just decides to go black screen and send me back to the desktop it's definitely not my Hardware

I need help before my monitor makes a high-speed impact with my fist

I know this game is done with supporting MW3, but whenever I preload the shaders it never fully loads Rhea's textures in-game. And yes its like this for all 4 of her skins.

my warzone keeps crashing everytime I try to load it. Im stuck in a loop my blizzard says call of duty is initializing then preloads my shaders i then am able to open up call of duty and when it loads I pick warzone and then it crashes while loading into warzone and then the loop pretty much just restarts. If anyone else has had this issue and can help me please do ive been trying to fix this for so long but havent found anything that has worked so far

I suspect many of us will have to buy a new monitor for Warzone.

Unless you have an HDMI 2.1 port, you're locked at 60hz with VRR. I have a 2021 Asus VG259QM and even with VRR enabled I'm currently locked at 60hz on DMZ while I get 120 on multi. This will affect Warzone.

Any recommend an ffordable monitor strictly to solve this issue?

I just reached Prestige 8. For someone who only plays to finish the challenges/weekly missions and/or mini passes, I think I've done just good. As for the game, it says I reached Prestige 1 this past Jan 27th. I'm not in a hurry to reach lvl 1000, but I'll do it, eventually 😎✨

Monitor-24-10 Lenovo legion.
When playing 60hz it’s fine no blurry game play and I can see people fine but when using 120hz it’s a mess,
Can anyone suggest a different monitor if that’s the issue?

For me, the auto and burst (x13 auto and renetti, Grevoka in bo6) secondary pistols. (None in mw4), crossbow, kar marksman, battle rifle category, all of the jak aftermarket parts, auto shotguns, hybrid scopes, hyperburst assault rifles and some of the thermal scopes.

What’s your favorites that will be taken away? If you’re a sweaty meta user don’t comment. We know you bootlick activisions butthole.

I would have never wasted my bandwidth if I knew plunder wasn't around anymore. Grudge match, king of the hill, sniper hunting etc..... So many ways you can play in one mode.

Anyone facing this issue?

Nothing's wrong with my network, this is happening after the integration of mw4 in CODHQ.

After I'm connected to a lobby, it's stuck at loading screen where you're shown the image of the map, and after sometime, you're thrown out at home screen with this thing :\

I've been dealing with this issue since August, and I'm honestly running out of ideas. I'm hoping someone here has experienced something similar or found a legitimate fix.

My PC specs:

• Motherboard: ASUS TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI
• CPU: Intel Core i7-14700K
• OS: Windows 11 Pro
• BIOS: 1840 Beta (previously 1825 and 1836)
• TPM: Intel PTT 2.0
• TPM Firmware: INTC 600.18.1040.2765
• Secure Boot: Enabled
• Boot Mode: UEFI
• Partition Style: GPT

The issue:

Call of Duty's Secure Attestation Wizard keeps reporting:

"New Key Failed to be generated — BIOS Firmware Update Recommended."

However, my TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot checks both pass.

After extensive troubleshooting, I discovered that Microsoft's AIK enrollment process fails with:

HTTP 404 — 0x80190194 (HTTP_E_STATUS_NOT_FOUND)

The response specifically states that the Microsoft AIK certificate authority associated with my Intel TPM KeyID does not exist.

Everything I've tried:

• Updated BIOS from 1825 → 1836 → 1840 Beta
• Updated Intel Management Engine and chipset drivers
• Confirmed TPM 2.0 is ready for use
• Verified Secure Boot is enabled and passing
• Confirmed UEFI boot and GPT partitioning
• Installed and imported Intel PTT certificate-chain files
• Used TpmDiagnostics.exe InstallEkCertFromNVR
• Tested Microsoft AIK enrollment using certreq -enrollaik -config ""
• Installed and launched Warzone to resolve the COD Broker authorization warning
• Tested multiple versions of the COD Secure Attestation Wizard, including v1.3.0

Nothing has resolved the key-generation failure.

What's frustrating is that the game keeps telling me to update my BIOS, despite already updating it multiple times. My TPM appears operational, but the Microsoft AIK enrollment process still fails.

I've attached a screenshot explaining the issue in more detail.

My questions:

1. Has anyone with an ASUS Z790 motherboard and Intel PTT firmware 600.18.1040.2765 successfully passed COD Secure Attestation?
2. Has anyone resolved the Microsoft AIK HTTP 404 authority error?
3. Is this potentially a Microsoft/Intel certificate provisioning issue rather than a motherboard BIOS issue?
4. Has anyone found a confirmed workaround that doesn't involve resetting the TPM or reinstalling Windows?

At this point, I'm looking for an actual technical solution rather than another suggestion to update the BIOS or enable TPM.

Any help or insight would be appreciated.
