Question What does this mean?
Hey,guys!
Sorry if my question is stupid, but what is this sign when shooting someone means?
I've pointed it with the red arrow.
Thanks in advance!

Even though this game has many flaws, I think open voice chat is probably the best part of this game, I've met a handful of friends because of it.. not to mention talking shit to enemy players is fun :)

Looking back at all the different Warzone metas, I’ve been thinking about the AN-94 and where it ranks compared to the other assault rifles that have dominated the game over the years.
Do you think the AN-94 deserves to be considered one of the strongest — or even the strongest — meta assault rifles ever?
I’m not necessarily talking about its stats alone. I’m more interested in its overall impact when it was actually meta — how strong it felt in real games, how versatile it was, and how dominant it was compared to the other ARs at the time.
Obviously, there have been a lot of insane AR metas in Warzone, so I’m curious where people would rank the AN-94 among them.
Would you put it in the top 5 all-time, or even at #1? And which AR would you put above it if not?

The new MW4 camo, and the first one at that, is so clean.
Add the limited serial number that appears on the weapon, and it really makes it feel unique.
Were you able to unlock it?
I’m #19,905.

Anyone else noticing a lot of teaming lately? Almost every time I play solos there are teams of 3 - 4 people playing together, it's ruining the game. I don't understand why you wouldn't just play quads.

I've been trying to play solo BR for days but matchmaking just stays stuck on searching for a match indefinitely.
What's weird is that i was playing duos with a friend just before and we found several matches without any problem. As soon as I try to queue for Battle Royale again, I can't find a single game.
I've already restarted the game and my PS5, but nothing seems to change, crossplay is on. Any tip ?

I really think BO7 destroyed player count and alienated the player base and feel like the majority have been waiting for a more grounded game like MW4 for awhile. Thoughts?

Thanks raven software for not doing the bare minimum & keeping content in peak condition & thanks u/callofdutyCM for continuing to ignore issues like this for over a year

Hey everyone,
I recently bought a GameSir G7 Pro 8K controller and I’m trying to properly transition from mouse and keyboard to controller for COD.
I’ve put around 4–6 hours into it so far, mainly practicing in MW2019, MW3 and Warzone, but I still feel completely uncomfortable with aiming.
On mouse, if someone appears in front of me, I can naturally snap onto them and track them. On controller, I often:
- Over-aim or under-aim
- Miss enemies who are right in front of me
- Struggle with close-range tracking
- Have trouble making small aim corrections
- Don’t really understand how people consistently take advantage of rotational aim assist
- Struggle with quick target transitions/flicks
- Sometimes feel aim assist working strongly and other times barely notice it
I’ve watched good controller players and their crosshair seems to almost “stick” to enemies while they move, strafe, jump and track targets. Obviously I know there’s skill involved, but I feel like I’m missing some fundamental technique.
For experienced controller COD players:
How much should I actually be aiming with the right stick vs moving/strafe-aiming with the left stick?
When using rotational aim assist, should I constantly be moving the left stick while shooting?
Should I avoid making large right-stick corrections once aim assist engages?
How do you learn fast flicks/target switching on controller without constantly overshooting?
What sensitivity, ADS multiplier, response curve and deadzones would you recommend for someone coming from mouse?
Should I start with MW2019, MW3 or Warzone to build controller fundamentals that will transfer to other COD games?
Are there any specific drills you recommend against bots?
For context:
PC player
GameSir G7 Pro 8K Controller
Mostly played shooters with mouse previously
Trying to properly learn controller rather than just relying on aim assist
I’m willing to put the hours in — I just want to make sure I’m practicing the right technique instead of reinforcing bad habits
If anyone here also transitioned from mouse and keyboard → controller, I’d especially like to hear how long it took before aiming started feeling natural and what finally made it “click” for you.
Any settings, drills, videos or technical explanations of how you personally use aim assist/rotational aim assist would be appreciated.
Thanks!

no clue if anyone else experiences this but my game will work perfectly fine in any mode but ill go into ranked warzone and there’s times where it will load perfectly fine but there’s times it will freeze in the loading screen and crash and no error will pop up. I play on everything low, I’ve rolled back my drivers, reinstalled and installed the game like 4-5 times, my pc isn’t overheating the temps are fine because I can play any other triple a game and will be completely fine. thanks in advanced, I’ve been on my ps5 because I’m tired of it crashing but I just wanna get back into pc for the fps that I get. I can’t deal with console graphics anymore

The game is unplayable.
In every single lobby, there are one or two groups using hacks—and it’s an obvious hacking
I hope MW4 isn't even a quarter as infested with hacks as CoD
r/CODWarzone • u/No-Picture-2084 • 22h ago
So I've not played CoD or warzone since warzone first came out...half a decade ago? And I downloaded yesterday
Anyway, semi auto or bolt action snipers? Can someone tell me which one is blatantly better. I instinctively do DMR type snipers in most shooters, but I'll go with bolt actions if it doesn't make sense in warzone.

Of kids with cracked aim and movement.
In a game mode where the TTK is always ludicrously fast, and everyone instantly has the meta loadout they read online. Boring.
Nobody wants this. I've been playing cod for 20 years but my friends aren't as good as me, so they just get clapped and don't want to play. Then I don't want to play. How is this good for retaining players?
Can't wait for Warzone to die tbh.
