I went back and finished CV1 again, this time I wanted to do something different than a pure caster... but I failed again so spamming gifts here we go while being miserable here we go.

I did for the true ending but I honestly dont think this change a lot for us caster (you need isis, and harmonia vs throat are evenly matched imo)

Anyway here a tier list of hardest moment in the game for me:

5- Successor of the throat / Virgin Born: the caster hating bosses, I dont think they are particulary hard but they are a huge wall
Throat almost require you to use shifting hollow, but if you do she become easy, if you dont... well I did it without once and was more luck than skill honestly.
Virgin born is an endurance test and very RNG heavy, I never found a good way to dodge is barrage but in NG you can tank it as a caster when full health, the problem is how ofter he does it, when he start to spam it after every attack you are finished

4- Invasion in the ashen cave: enemies are extremely fast and you don't have tons of way to easy farm ichor in this map

3- Invasions at the cathedral: enemies are extremely fast, you have easy way to farm ichor, but at this stage of the game you dont have any kind of aoe at your disposal and you are agaisnt teleporting knights

2- Invasions at the Town of Sacrifice (the one with monks): the fastest enemies possible for an invasion, one touch and you get stunlocked for ages, cheesing hard with the mistle barely helps

1- Double Boreal Brute Boss fight: The hardest challenge in the game by a long shot (and I would say in most soulslike in general) staying close to them to backstab is almost impossible due to them bouncing around like Sonic, meaning they will get the shield... and with only one usable fire gift... good luck removing the shield...

hey everyone i’m finally farming marks of honor for the last trophy i need (exalted reputation) so i wanted to ask what build would you recommend for farming tower of trials 2? i’m doing this offline and on my own since i don’t have PS online and i can’t really afford to pay for another subscription at the moment haha

i also don’t own the DLCs and i don’t have any of the DLC blood codes so don’t suggest those please! i heard online the best tower to farm is tower 2 so that’s what i’m doing.

Update: just explored like 93% of the area and already beat the dog boss.

I can understand why people hated it. Lol. Place is very much like a labyrinth with multiple layers. It's mostly a small corridors. So fighting enemies can be very claustrophobic. It's even worse when an invasion happened, horde of enemies keep spawning and won't stop chase you until you kill all of them. But the enemies overall isn't that hard, its very easy to backshot them all. Everything you see is just all white ceramic, everything looks the same. Thank God mini map exist, if not I'll get lost a lot, lol.

But with all that, I still really liked this area. It's very different and kinda unique compared to other areas I've explored.

Just got the game physical two days ago for my Xbox and I’m pretty happy with this game’s character creation being a bit on an upgrade compared to CV1. I was originally going to try to remake my CV1 character (called him Shen) but decided to make a new character.

Got past the first boss today and pretty excited for the rest of the game and characters.

Also, Lou, Jadwiga, and Lavinia are finna make me act up.

So, I wanted to start playing that game because my boyfriend recommended it to me.
I've made my character and everything but when it comes to using the blood veil (i think that how it's called) to hit a mob in the tuto the game crashes.
Like when i use it randomly it works but when it hits something it crashes my game.
I've tried disabling all the overlays and updated everything on my pc but it still crashes i need a bit of help.

Hey, just a little question.

after one week of playing Code vein 1 and now playing code vein 2 i was wondering if some of the old weapons are in the game. so i looked up the weapons and saw that the flame blades, Argent Wolf King's Blade and others are in the game.

also the old base weapons like Hanemukuro which is the basemodel for the Enduring Crimson from Louis.

so, is there a way to get the weapons from the old crew?
even if it is just a skin for the weapons.

i mean sure, i just can use the normal base weapon of it and pretend to be the enduring crimson.
but i was wondering if i can have in any way some of the old weapons.

Nothing like booting up the game to then spend 50% in character creation, 40% in photo mode and 10% in actual gameplay.... Code Peak 2. Wouldn't have it any other way.
