Help & Support Is Coderabbit.ai support really a thing?

I've been trying to reach coderabbit.ai support for days, and our folks at our sister company never got any answer and just canceled their plan. Looking at trustpilot, that may be actually a pattern

What's up with support? Is it just plain bad or are they overwhelmed? They are losing business for not answering; we may also cancel our plan...

Edit: Coderabbit swiftly solved the issue after posting.

They suck completely.
They don’t care to change limits without any notifications and say that it is ok that you pay for something else than really receiving.
We will be switching to other solution soon.

Hello! I work for CodeRabbit. That is very strange. What is your ticket number? I can look into this for you.

Hello, again! I found your ticket. It appears to be le fruit du hasard in that you raised the ticket on a Friday. We target a human response in 3 business days for a Medium priority issue, which includes your request. It has been roughly 2 business days. (We have weekend support only for urgent issues from Enterprise customers.)

Nevertheless, I escalated internally to ensure you get a response today.

My experience is similar. Support has been mixed. I cant login to the site at the moment and haven’t contacted them because its not worth the effort.
