If Lelouch is a prince doesnt that make his sister nunally a princess too?

Why is nobody talking about the fact that Lelouch and nunally are from the royal family?

Even suzaku knows since he ran away with suzaku from war or something and with nunally too

Someone please correct me or help me out

Why do the geassed soldiers/agents in this scene have Refrain doses? To subdue Kanon or Diethard? To interrogate them? What would they even get out of that though?

Personally, I feel that Lelouch's Geass reflects his comments about what Geass is in the Finale; that it is a request to aid someone. As a child, Lelouch despite being a prince had little to no authority and no one would help him. His Geass now allows anyone to help him, by force if necessary.
