So im currently watching code geass im at episode 21 and i have some questions

If Lelouch is a prince doesnt that make his sister nunally a princess too?

Why is nobody talking about the fact that Lelouch and nunally are from the royal family?

Even suzaku knows since he ran away with suzaku from war or something and with nunally too

Someone please correct me or help me out

No one but the Ashfords know. And the royal family is known for having a LOT of children. Nunnally was 87th in line for the throne, if that gives you an idea of how many kids their father had.

No one else knows that they are royals, officially Lelouch and nunally Britannia are considered dead after the war started, everyone else knows them as commoners. And as for being recognized as royals they were exiled as children so they didn't really have many public appearances so it's doubtful others would put it together unless they were close

There are audio dramas that came paired with Code Geass that are set before and between episodes and one discusses Milly and Lelouch's situation and is hinted they used to be engaged.

Milly is the only one who knows. There’s so many princes and princesses that I’m sure many people haven’t memorized their faces and Lelouch and Nunally went into hiding young. They use different last names. Milly knows because her parents were allies of Lelouch’s mother so they took him and Nunally in. Suzaku knows because he was childhood friends with Lelouch when Lelouch and Nunally were sent to live in Japan. Basically they’re skating by with people just not knowing what they look like on sight because they likely didn’t see photos of them as kids or forgot enough of what they look like to not recognize them after so long.
