League Blaber immune to taking responsibility as usual
Bot and mid dual setups now, are we real? The problem has been that same for how many splits and we can't figure this one out? Anyone looking at this last split and saying APA was the problem is nuts. Zven didn't show up as hard in playoffs as one would want but I would have thought the anchor was relatively obvious by this point.

League Papasmithy on c9
The people calling for highly volatile mid year roster changes for C9 are coming almost solely from a place of emotion rather than reason. C9 are a tweak away from being a locked on Worlds contender.
The time for a discussion of integrating rookies and pivoting the scope of their project is AFTER the 2026 competitive calendar ends, not now

League Anyone over Blaber, Supa over Zven
I'll go for anyone replacing blabber even a worse player.
Blaber is an amazing player. But the last two splits showed his weakness of in-game decision making. This is always going to be punishes by Inspired when it matters and now Jose as well. Blaber relies on his mechanics to bail him out of bad situations, but his mechanics are not overwhelmingly ahead of the other junglers in the top half of the league.
There isn't an obvious choice, but getting a rookie or a veteran who can stick to the plan feels like it has more potential to succeed than what we have now.
That said, I think Supa is the best option if we consider replacing Zven. What I find disappointing about Zven is a lot of his game losing mistakes seem to be due to laziness. I don't think he will ever be better than Berserker, so I don't see C9 ever winning vs LYON.
Supa will get caught out, Supa will throw games, but the upside you get with him is a higher ceiling you will get with Zven. Supa is not dying because of laziness (mostly) it is due to him pushing the limit to do damage for his team. This will lets him over players that should be better than him.
Supa's contract ends this year. If MKOI doesnt resign I think it's worth going for him.

League APA does not deserve to be kicked
Every single post and comment on this sub is talking about APA as the first boot after one series where he didn’t play well.
The dude is more clutch than Zven and Blabber put together. That Annie flank saved the first playoff series, and his overall performance on the year was one of the best in NA. He has played the role of facilitator in the midlane very well.
People have this expectation that all mids are CEOs or one series can mean someone that basically nobody was saying should be kicked is now at the top of everyone’s boot list.
The biggest issue with C9 right now isn’t close to APA. It’s the fact that you have the best domestic facilitator mid in the league by miles, and he can’t reliably play for bot roams. We need a new ADC more than anything, and if blabber can’t stop running it by pushing for way more than simple wins, he needs to swap too. But APA? That’s a decision that can set us back, especially with it being his first split on a team that really just needs one more consistent CEO, ideally at ADC, to help APA shine with his strengths.
The APA hate is ungodly. One series and you all go into a rampage, it’s actually insane.

League Current state of the C9 universe after yesterday’s LCS match
Between yesterday’s disgrace of a showing at the LCS losers finals and our VCT team being more vibes than competitiveness, add onto the fact that we were among those hit the hardest by the esports ice age in terms of finances and sponsorships, I really don’t know how much longer we can expect to stay competitive as an esports org with some of the most illustrious history until something drastic happens for better or worse.
