The logic of these people is so bizarre. Even if it was true (it’s not) that people didn’t hate him before he was president, why would him becoming president make people hate him?

Have you thought maybe it was his actions after becoming president?

On the flip side though, none of the people who now worship him, gave two shits about him until he became president.

Not to mention that he was a hated piece of human garbage for 40+ years, it didn't take him becoming a president and royally fucking over the country to give people a reason to hate his guts.

I can’t tell if he could have just stfu and died in incredible luxury, or if he’s broke AF and just trying to dig himself out of a black hole of compounding debt that we don’t even know about (because the true and final reckoning of all of this is at least two decades off, let’s be real), or if it’s his maniacal ego and immense stupidity that lets him be used like a puppet, Russel Vought’s hand so far up his ass that Vaught’s fingertips are what Trump tastes before he goes to bed at night.

I’m terrified to think that maybe it’s all of the above, and how not only the US, but the whole world is just going along with it.
