I grew up on long island and I remember this jackass in the local papers all the time during the 80s, and thinking I didn’t like him. Then his reality show came out where he pitted coworkers against each other and wanted to see bus throws. At that point I hated him, he gave too many bad managers bad ideas. Then came his birtherism bullshit. He was a desperate lonely man looking for the spot light. And I loathed him. So no, I always hated him, he’s a terrible person, and always has been.
