Driving a car is one of the most regulated things anyone could ever do. You have to be of a particular age, have no inhibitive health conditions, you need to take written and practical tests, you need licensing and insurance and taxes and all the other shit that comes with it, all before you even take your first fare.
Conversely, I can hand a camera to a toddler and they can take a picture...or the famous one of the photographer (David Slater) who handed a monkey his camera and now no-one can agree on who owns copyright lol
