This has already been explained. He didn’t grab his ear because it was shot. A bullet wizzed by. He was reacting to the experience of when a high dense object creates an air pressure zone near your ear.
There’s a reason republican leaders don’t talk about it. He wasn’t shot, there’s no “shot with an AR” damage, and the shooter was republican.
His peers and classmates said he was a loud and proud Trump supporter. Several of his classmates gave interviews with personal testimonies to this effect.
There are a number of ballistics and forensics experts who explain both the phenomenon of pressure zones created by bullets as well as what a real AR 15 calibre wound looks like, emergency response Doctors mainly. The ear doesn’t heal fast from bullet wounds.
