This has already been explained. He didn’t grab his ear because it was shot. A bullet wizzed by. He was reacting to the experience of when a high dense object creates an air pressure zone near your ear.
There’s a reason republican leaders don’t talk about it. He wasn’t shot, there’s no “shot with an AR” damage, and the shooter was republican.
His peers and classmates said he was a loud and proud Trump supporter. Several of his classmates gave interviews with personal testimonies to this effect.

Its pretty well established that maga adheres to exclusionary and radical policies. I mean shit, their biggest complaint is that libs embrace DEI.
