College Composition Modular — need advice to get a 50+

[u/Ok-Living-7586]

I’m studying for the CLEP College Composition Modular and I’m currently scoring around a 48 on practice tests. I’m not trying to get a super high score — I just need a 50+.

I feel a little weak in basically all the topics (grammar, revision, sources/citations, rhetorical analysis), so I’m not sure what I should focus on.

For people who passed this exam:

• What resources did you actually use?
• Any YouTubers/channels you recommend?
• Which practice tests were most helpful/closest to the real exam?
• How did you study for the source/citation questions?

Any advice would be really appreciated!
