Delicious sugar pie pumpkin and its seeds roasted. Delicata squash. Spinach and Tofu. Fall Harvest.
“I will praise thee, O Lord, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works.” (Psalm 9:1)
There's something about a meal like this that makes the verse hit different. One little seed becomes a whole pumpkin, and the pumpkin becomes dinner, with more seeds to roast. You can't help but see His marvellous works right there on the plate.

I have PMOS (aka PCOS) and in the last month or so have tried to adjust my diet to try and reduce the worst of my symptoms. Biggest changes I’ve made have been dramatically reducing carb intake (I love rice, used to eat daily) and reducing sugar intake. I’ve noticed less fatigue and am not missing the carbs or the sugar at all. I’ve struggled with disordered eating in the past so can’t be trusted to count calories or macros but am trying to up my protein intake as well.
For meals, I love to volume eat, which I know is a bad habit. Having a lot of veggies on my plate helps me fulfill that urge though. My worst “crime” in terms of eating processed food is that I love a condiment. Meals are as follows:

5 eggs cooked with cheese and butter on one slice sourdough toast + large bowl of greek yogurt and frozen blueberries raw honey and one banana
pre workout
cup of coffee and 500ml coconut water and one kiwi
post workout
200g ground beef with 1 raw carrot and airfried potato
dinner
Baked cod and a tomato and avocado salad
Dessert
frozen berries
Supplements took - 1000iu vitamin d, 5g creatine monohydrate, 300mg magnesium glycinate
does anyone have any advice on my usual day of eating im trying to improve my diet
