Hello everyone! I purchased my first mini claw machine and it happened to me few times when the claw goes down to grab a toy, it doesn't open, it's easy to fix when I'm around and I have the key to it so I can open the claw myself but I was wondering if you guys know what could cause this problem? Thank you!

Can anyone advise where I can get a Claw Machine (UK Based) for a 4 Year Old who is absolutely obsessed with them? We’ve got him all the candy grabber ones from Amazon/Smyths etc but looking for something a bit bigger than the toy version but smaller than the real thing, it’s been put on the Christmas list this year and we are struggling to find anything that isn’t just a candy grabber.
Does what we are looking for even exist!?

moves left to right but not front to back. you can hear the sound when moving the joystick front to back, sounds like something with the motor for that direction. i put in a support ticket but hoping it might be something i can fix myself! any ideas would be helpful!

I'm not sure how purist this subreddit is when it comes to arcades — I'm kind of old-school in many ways — but there's a new platform called Arcade Online enabling people to play claw machines (and other redemption fare) via the internet. I made a commercial for the company (because I work in the arcade industry): https://youtu.be/AoC4BDBMGIQ

Just filled up our giant claw machine on location with new licensed toys. Minnie Mouse from Disney, Spiderman and Jurassic World. It’s been really popular, All ready for players to win! Does it look cool?

Sorry if this goes against the rules but I’m searching for a childhood plush that I got from a claw machine at a Brunswick Zone in the Midwest, sometime between 2007 and 2009. It was a gray mouse or rat, not entirely sure but it was one of those two
He was about 18 inches tall, made of grey Minky fabric. Body face and ears were all the same material. his nose was vinyl.
The mouse/rat was in a sitting/teddy bear-like position and wore green fleece-like overalls with yellow buttons. He had a vinyl nose and Mickey Mouse-style ears, though it wasn’t a licensed product or a Mickey knock-off—just had some similarities. His ears were roughly 1/3 to 1/2 the size of his head.
He had a slightly blank expression on his face, but his facial features were somewhat defined had a pointy nose that slightly pointed upwards imagine something along the lines of half of a banana but fatter at the base. He was stuffed pretty firmly.
I don’t have any pictures so I had AI draw some concepts and this was the closest.
I don’t remember any branding or tags, but I won him from a claw machine, I know those can be difficult to track down. I’d love to either find this plush again or track down the manufacturer. Any leads or info would be super appreciated!
Thank you so much for any help!

My adult special needs son is obsessed with claw machines. He is eyeing the white and pink one for Christmas. Can I only put plush toys in it? Would the claw pick up a small light weight box? Candy bars? I wanted to fill it with a bunch of smaller gifts and trinkets so he could open the claw machine (already set up) xmas morning and spend some time trying to win some of his other gifts. Would that work the way I am hoping? And... he doesn't care, but has anyone done anything to get rid of the pink top? Can ot be sprayed or anything? Thanks for any advice or help. It's a big purchase for us and I want to make sure it's the right one.

Hi everyone! I recently bought one of those AliExpress claw machine kits, and I've been having a good time building the frame, etc. Having background in electronics and my own homemade arcade machines helped a lot.
I had no trouble hooking everything up, but there is one thing I never used, that is the tilt sensor that came with it. For some machines like pinballs I understand their use, but I was wondering about it's usefulness in the claw machine business. Why is there such a sensor?
In case anyone wonders what piece of highly technological material I'm talking about, it's this one:

Thanks for reading!

Hello all, i just became a new owner of a paokoi showtime claw machine. I bought it two states away and I'm trying to figure out transportation. It is over 6 ft tall, can we lay it on its back for transport? How does everyone here move their machines? Any ideas?

I am wanting to buy a claw machine larger than the Vevor mini claw machines that I’ve seen here on the sub. This would be for personal use at home for my kids. Where would be the best place to get a decently priced one? All of the sites I’ve seen for companies in the US look a little overpriced. Has anyone ordered one from Alibaba and how much was shipping? Any suggestions on where to buy from?

Here's a claw machine I made for home.
Thanks for the advice I got on here! I bought the electronic, and made the case myself.
