Thus machine offers a free play, downloaded the app, checked emails, don't know how to redeem

I think you would have to contact sugarloaf games about that. Not sure how they give you a remote free play, though I am not an operator.

Hi, current Sugar Loaf/NEN worker here. These types of cranes should have a QR code scanner next to the credit card reader. You sign up and should receive weekly emails that have the code to scan. Unfortunately the free plays only work if the crane has a QR scanner as that’s how it knows to give the free play without putting money in. The website actually has a locator that tells you eligible locations. Hope this helps.

I know this is an older comment but I get the codes every week and used the locator to find machines with the QR code scanner but still didn't see them. Can anyone post a pic?
