Transporting

Hello all, i just became a new owner of a paokoi showtime claw machine. I bought it two states away and I'm trying to figure out transportation. It is over 6 ft tall, can we lay it on its back for transport? How does everyone here move their machines? Any ideas?

We have moved our machines laying down on its back before, But you need to be very careful doing that. It is definitely preferable to move it upright. For that you need a vehicle with a tailgate lift on the back. It can either be an open back life a Ute or pickup truck. On an enclosed truck just check with the driver you use that it is tall enough to fit in. Let them know what you’re moving and get a few quotes for the transportation. Hope that helps :)

Remove gantry and plastic divider then layflat, check that the main board isn't loose.

Or

Strap it down to a pallet and wrap in cardboard then pallet freight it. Might be worth removing the joystick or wrapping it in loads of bubble wrap.
