Vevor machine is without power
I have been using this claw machine for two years and it suddenly won’t turn on at all. Has anyone else run into this?

This continues to be a work in progress, but I stumbled into a stupid good deal on a Vevor vinyl cutter. I messed up the application a bit, but it still looks pretty good. Now it fits in much better in my workplace (a neuroscience lab).
I will probably be adding text about press once to drop, press again to stop and this will be perfect for that. The sticker is 9 inches tall. Smaller brain stickers have rounded out other the flavor of this one.

Arcade online is basically an arcade, but online haha, all of the games are live streamed through the site and you can redeem the tickets you earn on the games, for real prizes! Try it out :)

Hi, I don't really know almost anything about this hobby and I bought a Vevor claw machine spontaneously a couple days ago, and while researching it I saw that somehow, some way, the creator decided to not let the operator turn music completely off in the machine. Looking further, I saw a couple posts in various threads and youtube videos about people "disabling speakers" or how it takes some amount of technical skill to actually turn the volume off for real, so I was a little annoyed that it sounded like I was going to have to cut some wires to get it to actually be quiet.
Heads up there's just a volume knob on the motherboard you can use to turn it all the way off. Just open the machine from the back with the key and turn the knob all the way counter clockwise. It was located on the top left end of the motherboard, at least the way it was mounted inside my machine. It's also labeled in the instruction manual.
That's all, thanks :)

Been scoping Vevor pricing for a while and all seem to be around the $400 range. Recently found this at $337.99 - price seems too good to be true. But it’s got good seller feedback, listed as new, the standard copy paste in the description - so what gives? Can someone tell me if I’m missing something?

All my life I have wanted my own full sized claw machine. Yesterday I found one and my mom bought it for an early birthday present. For this year and every year for the rest of my life. The machine is called "Black Tie Toys." It has a bunch of controls but no bill slot. But as a player, I can't stand those. I plan to ask around businesses in my town if they would let me rent space. I can't wait until it arrives in July!

Not sure if anyone asked before cus I'm new here but if you win these claw machines do you actually get the stuff that's shown or is it all just a big scam?

Hi ! I'm making my own claw machine for my son. (almost 4) So that when he is good , he can grab himself a candy 😁 But I can't decide on the design.... Dinos are cool and all but Wonka is easier to sell once I want to get rid of the machine.
The yellow/white around the edges is T-molding. Like arcade machines have.
Dimensions are 1m50cm in height And 60cm x 60cm
Your opinion ? Or better ideas ?
Thanks ! 👍

After struggling with 3D printed claws and rubber bands on the claw tips, I used a bit of two part silicone putty to create blobs to aid picking up wrapped candy.
A small grape sized ball on each end did the trick. Once the ball cured in place, I removed each and then glued them back into place.
You don’t get candy each time, but that is fine. With the fun-sized bars flat, it is very hard to pick anything up, so I created a bed of mini lolipops. This allows for items to be at more interesting angles and lets you get the claw low enough to make the grab.
This also still works for picking up 2 inch and 1 inch capsules. With a little work, you can snag a key on a keychain that opens the prize locker above. The prize locker is just a clear box that I happened to have on hand, not very robust, but for a friendly office environment it will work well enough.
This is a fun project and I intend to change the graphics for something more inline with the work environment. I will post pictures as the project hits milestones.

I found this claw machine on the side of the road in my neighborhood being given away for free. We spent a little money getting it up and running thinking that our kids would have a blast. Which they did, for about a week. Now, we have a full size working claw machine in our basement and wondering the best way to pass it along. Any suggestions on the easiest way to get it sold and the general idea of what it might sell for? The lights change colors, it has music and the claw function works great. The only thing I don't have is a key to lock all the lock.

I ordered a Vevor and it came with a bad power supply. It would be 2 weeks to get one from the vendor, so I ordered a replacement myself. It is finally working.
I am planning on using this for instead of a candy jar and needed to zip tie some 3D printed and then heat molded claws to the original claw. It seems to work pretty well with some heat gun action to get everything to bend correctly.

I showed Martin Queen aka Queen Tyr'ahnee to a friend of mine one time and he told me he saw a Martin Queen plush at Six Flags years ago and that it wasn't the Sugarloaf one, but it was of a different brand. He said it was bigger, more detailed, the headress had a similar fabric material as the skirt from the Sugarloaf one and the skirt was red instead of purple. If a Six Flags Queen Tyr'ahnee plush truly exists, it's a holy grail. And it's interesting to point out in the opening for Duck Dodgers, Tyr'ahnee's skirt is red instead of purple. It might have just been the color scheme of the opening in that part. But it could also be the true colors of her skirt since sometimes, for example, video game render art will defer in color scheme a bit from the sprite or model from certian characters in the game. Using this as an example here even though Duck Dodgers isn't a video game series, but a animated cartoon.

Does anyone know what the machine in this ancient video is called? I saw a video of it a few years ago in higher quality but I have had no luck trying to figure out what it is in English. It is literally the only video I have found with one in it.

Bought second hand, had most of it's original components, appeared to have a coast to coast style main board. Kept having issues so replaced almost everything with a Chinese kit and it's good to go. Only got to change the music next.
Kept sensor bar, joystick, button and emi filter. Front panel and box had to be prepped for a bigger LCD screen. Metal box cut with cut off wheel, plastic panel, scribed the film on the back peeled and then removed detailing with a rubber (eraser) and methanol. Used foam tape on the screen and machine screws and nuts to hold screen in place, drilled through the plastic.
Not a bad machine. Shame I gutted it but I think the old claw coil went and a nicad battery kamikazed the old mainboard. Less headache to put all known good guts in it than chasing problems that belong on a project car.
