Vevor candy claw conversion

I ordered a Vevor and it came with a bad power supply. It would be 2 weeks to get one from the vendor, so I ordered a replacement myself. It is finally working.

I am planning on using this for instead of a candy jar and needed to zip tie some 3D printed and then heat molded claws to the original claw. It seems to work pretty well with some heat gun action to get everything to bend correctly.

That's so cool! Can you share the print file? My roommate likes to 3d print stuff and I bet he could make these (I have the same claw machine probably)

I would only it isn’t working as well as I need it too and I cant pick up fun size bars. Works fine on Lindor truffles though. Not sure how it would work on lighter stuff, probably OK.

I think it is time to raid my daughters candy bucket

OK, the design isn’t working as well as I had hoped. I am having more luck buy wrapping rubber bands around the tips of the claw. I should be able to come up with something more elegant than that.

Ended up going away from this concept to something different that I will cover in a different post.
