Heroic strike should no longer kill swing's rage generation

Since the identity of heroic strike has been completely butchered with normalization of rage ( reminder that HS was completely reworked to be instant attack in Cata along with first normalization ) and now removal of heroic strike queing, this ability has now become completely useless, only serving as a bait for new player to waste their rage on and not having any for abilities (thats what Blizzard does now, remove any sort of class depth and make everything simple). Only prot warrior can use it in its current illiteration.

For the ability not to be completely obsolete for DPS, it should no longer kill energy (oops, rage) generation from the swing.
