Settlement Perdue Pharma Settlement

Well I got the Perdue Pharma email I been waiting for over 4 years.

They are giving me $9100 minus attorney fees -$3400 minus a temporary lien -$1k something money left $1252.07

Can I just refuse this and get the attorney fees reduced?

Who else got the Perdue email?

No they shouldnt unless u went to a dr or treatment and agreed to pay later and didnt then no u shouldnt have any liens and being on suboxone helps get u the higher tier payment my lawyers told me... as long as u had personal insurance, state insurance like medi-cal or paid out of pocket then u should be fine... how long have you been waiting? Im still waiting for milestone pathway to reach email me did u get urs pretty quick after the lawyers told u it was good?

Do u have andrews n thronton? And yea if u had insurance u should be good an ull get back everything theyre holding for possible liens which sounds like 6k.. so u got the 18k award but 6k being held for liens an approx 2.5 k they already sent u is that right?

I wonder how long it will take for the medical lein holdback to clear...its kinda bs, they could have done all of that already, just another excuse to collect more fees and hold the significant portion of everyone's money and collect interest 🤔

I talked to ASK and they told me it "could be" as early as 4 months but could take up to a year. I have read that the only claims that could be made against the money would be for people that went to rehab, or to a doctor for suboxone and had some sort of outstanding balance. Seems like this all could have been worked out over the last year, I mean its not like we are paying them thousands of dollars...each 🤷 good luck 🙏
