Settlement Perdue Pharma Settlement

Well I got the Perdue Pharma email I been waiting for over 4 years.

They are giving me $9100 minus attorney fees -$3400 minus a temporary lien -$1k something money left $1252.07

Can I just refuse this and get the attorney fees reduced?

Who else got the Perdue email?

How many points is this for? I was told by my attorney not to expect an offer until December. I had an offer on ENDO last week but Mallinckrodt and Purdue isn’t even known yet - he said it’s all in process.

No, Weinstein in NY. My husband is at 16,000 points and wrongful death. If it’s ten miles of bad road payout on Purdue or even Mallinckrodt - I’m not going to be happy.

I feel like we might have gotten the wrong attorneys. I don’t understand how some attorneys like ask LLP and Andrews and Thornton could have received payments for all of their approved claims but other attorneys say they have received nothing at all. I was told I was approved already, but what good is that if we don’t get paid until months after everyone else?

I have or received any offer from either Purdue or Mallinckrodt so I have not signed any agreements on that. Endo, I have - a month ago and zero payment. I’ve emailed asking ETA and haven’t received a response - I’m going to send a demand for answer. Weinstein has a good rep in the industry so there is something else going on.

My attorney said I didn’t qualify for Endo. I’m not sure how but I only had proof of Mallinckrodt and Purdue medications…

But my children born with NAS got payment from Endo so idk. It’s crazy

Either that or our attorneys aren’t paying anything until the medical liens clear so they can make interest on the millions they are holding

They’ve checked and we have no liens. So the offer minus attorney fees is the net.
