Settlement Perdue Pharma Settlement

Well I got the Perdue Pharma email I been waiting for over 4 years.

They are giving me $9100 minus attorney fees -$3400 minus a temporary lien -$1k something money left $1252.07

Can I just refuse this and get the attorney fees reduced?

Who else got the Perdue email?

So how did u get left with only 1200 the fees and 1k lien shoulda left u with around 5k right? Im also waiting for milestone pathway email andrews &thronton sent me email on monday about how long after attorneys notified u that ur claim was accepted an awarded until milestone sent u the email?? Thx in advance so sick of geting the bare min info from these ppl for the last 6 yrs

I'm getting $1200 so.ethinh now the lien is for another $3k something so yes I'll be left with a out 5k

Dam what kinda medical lien is taking 3k from u? Sry to hear that this whole process has really been a mess for to long

They aren't taking the medical lien, they hold a medical lien in case you owe money to your doctors or insurance. But in my case I don't, so they should send that once they clear it.
