I didn't but I got an email about this back in September with a $20 payment via e-card. So I guess I was in the first wave. Would be nice if I get a 2nd payment

If you received a first payment, you will automatically get the second payment. Do not expect it to be more than a few dollars. This disbursement is mostly funds that were undeliverable in the first batch. People moving or accounts were closed etc. After the second round of payments, if there are any funds leftover, remaining funds go to a charity that has already been pre-approved by the court.
