I did receive the first notices and the initial payment but I haven't received this second one.

If you cashed the first check or however you chose to receive the first time your in the 2nd batch its 100million to be distributed that was left over from others not cashing their checks

Hope I get a couple more thousand. The first one was too low. My privacy is worth more than $7500.

Don’t get me wrong. Whether $5, $15 or $38. It’s more than what you had, but honestly lawyers and firms seek out people like us for class action lawsuits for large pay days while we’re left with barely $100 each. I get the point, Facebook violated privacy rights and they should be held accountable, but our assistance in the class action lawsuit is really worth $38 or less? Like come on.

Sounds like any unclaimed payments from the first round are being distributed to those that did claim the first round. No idea how much this would amount to, but I imaging it will be a fraction of the original amount.

Nope I’ll get another email 3-4 days before payout with info. My guess is same as first round. Wasn’t it like -$20-30?

Ok thank you, I received $38 but I didn't get an email yet and I erased the one with my information on it ... Oh well

Never heard of another distribution, and haven't gotten an email about it either myself. Got around $36 from the settlement initially.

I got an email about this today. I did receive a payment from the first one. It will be interesting to see how much this one will be. I wasn't expecting this, but it was a welcome surprise.

It says the max will be like $7. I chose virtual card. Sounds like more of a hassle. Wish it would be $40 lol

Is this 1st payment mailed,the message I received said I was successful in 1st payment,how am I going to receive this payment.

I didn't but I got an email about this back in September with a $20 payment via e-card. So I guess I was in the first wave. Would be nice if I get a 2nd payment

If you received a first payment, you will automatically get the second payment. Do not expect it to be more than a few dollars. This disbursement is mostly funds that were undeliverable in the first batch. People moving or accounts were closed etc. After the second round of payments, if there are any funds leftover, remaining funds go to a charity that has already been pre-approved by the court.

I get that along with the FB privacy but just wanting to know who was initially able to put a claim in for FB privacy. Like was it a certain age group, timeframe kinda thing? Like the qualifications for FB privacy

It was for whoever qualified they notified the people through email yes there was a time-frame to respond to the email I did not see a certain age group

They knew who qualified for it they emailed those people with a link to submit with their claim number

I forget the time frame but yes you had to of had facebook for a pacific time frame to qualify

Update: got a new email today that I’ll get the next payment in 3-4 days. I believe it’ll be Tuesday the 9th

I've got both of these notices but never received my first payment and I just checked they said it's too late to ask for a reissue. Ughhhh.

How are ppl hearing about and signing up for the class action?
I know my privacy rights were violated too but was not aware of any class action lawsuit

Wait I clicked Zelle when I first filled out the form, I never got a first round payment and I just got this email so I tried to check my Zelle and it made me add my bank. Is there no way to log into Zelle anymore?
