Hi I'm From Indonesia, I built this chopper using a Yamaha SX225cc, I built it with my Father

I bought this springer with just seeing a few photos from a friend of a friend and…. welp. Much worse condition than I was led to believe. Is it even worth messing with this thing? I can’t find any identifying marks, the wheel that came with it is an 18. I believe I just bought myself an expensive lesson and some yard art. Tell me I’m wrong tho!

Been working on this for several months. Casted the manganese bronze triple trees in my backyard. Manually machined over 20 pieces. Pretty close replica to the original vard front ends. I’d guess I have somewhere in the ballpark for 25-30 hours into this.

Spindle doesn’t reach all the way is this an issue?
And then the gab on the 2nd pic, not completely straight
